During the whole fight, the platform will be split into four quadrants, lighter area does arcane damage every second and increases movement speed by 30%, whereas the darker area does arcane damage every 3 seconds and reduces damage taken by 20%. Keep these in mind for the next mechanics to position yourself appropriately.

The boss puts a Chrono-faded debuff on players, which does arcane damage and can either be dispelled, or it falls off on its own after 8 seconds. If it’s removed in the light area, it will cause an explosion, causing damage to nearby players, if it’s removed in the dark area, the ripple will slowly grow on the platform, crossing over it’s sides will cause damage, so try to cross over when on the dark zone to get 20% less damage. It’s up to you where you drop the debuff, but I recommend instantly dispelling one in the light area while everyone else is standing in the dark zone to get it out of the way and take less overall damage, and let the 2nd one drop in the dark zone to make it manageable.

During the fight, Fragments of Time are shot out of the boss, which travel slower in the dark area and are faster in the light area, be sure to avoid being hit by these.

Unwind is the boss frontal, which looks like a brown cloudy ray, move out of it. The tank should be in the dark area to get the reduced damage debuff. And the boss can also hit its current target with Radiant if the target is not within melee range, causing massive damage and increasing by 15% with each cast. So don’t steal aggro from tanks, and tanks stay in range.

I feel I should warn peopled because it's not inherently apparent:

🔴Don't move when a healer is dispelling Chrono-faded on you!🔴

Moving will give you 2 instant ticks from Chronofade which in higher keys is death.
Standing completely still when dispelled in the light zone will make you take 0 ticks!

That's it. This ability is a key buster, but a lot easier when you know this seemingly vital piece of information.

Some other notes you may or may not already know:

In pugs, track healer dispel CD to help you plan your positioning with how the light zone moves. In case someone else gets dispelled before you.
Casting immunities right before boss cast this debuff prevents applications from happening. So you could get 1 or 0 players with Chrono-faded
Avoid running the opposite direction from someone that is getting dispelled so you don't get extra ticks either.
If you don't got Chrono-faded, just chill in the dark zone during dispells for the damage reduction.
You only need to stand still for a whole whopping second when dispelled. So just chill. Don't even stutterstep a pixel.

I still stand by that unintuitive and poorly conveyed mechanics who one-shot you for trivial mistakes is garbage game design.
Either make it more apparent or fix the damage.

Overview – The Timeways coalesce in response to Nozdormu's intervention. Fields of [Decaying Time] and [Accelerating Time] continually tick around the Manifested Timestream, manipulating how their abilities execute.
- Tanks –
  [Decaying Time] and [Accelerating Time] impactfully manipulate [Fragments of Time]'s travel speed.
  Manifested Timeways casts [Radiant] when there are no valid targets in melee range.
- Healers –
  [Chrono-faded]'s released [Chronofade] travels notably faster when dispelled inside [Accelerating Time].
  [Decaying Time] and [Accelerating Time] impactfully manipulate [Fragments of Time]'s travel speed.
- Damage Dealers –
  [Chrono-faded]'s [Chronofade] is dangerous when afflicted with [Decaying Time].
  [Decaying Time] and [Accelerating Time] impactfully manipulate [Fragments of Time]'s travel speed.

Timeways Conflux

Shifting fields of time energy surrounds the Manifested Timeways, applying Accelerating Time or Decaying Time.

Decaying Time – Decays afflicted targets connection to time, inflicting 270293 Arcane damage every 3 sec. and additionally reduces damage taken by 20%.
Accelerating Time – Expedites afflicted targets connection to time, inflicting 157671 Arcane damage every 1 sec. and additionally increases movement speed by 30%.

Chrono-faded – Destabilizes targeted players, inflicting 90098 Arcane damage every (0.5 * 3) sec. for 8 sec. The frequency of this effect is increased to 0.5 sec while under the effects of Accelerating Time.
Upon removal this releases a Chronofade.
- Chronofade – Releases a ripple of bronze magic inflicting 1126221 Arcane damage every half-second while in contact with the wave. This wave travels extraordinarily slow if the originating player was afflicted with Decaying Time.
Fragments of Time – Draws from the future and past for 8 sec, emitting pockets of time which radiate outwards, inflicting 17 Arcane damage upon contact and an additional 5 Arcane damage every 1 sec for 6 sec. This effect stacks.
These pockets of time travel slower while inside Decaying Time.
Radiant – Radiates time magic when her current target is not within melee range, inflicting 2502 Arcane damage, increasing in damage by 15% per cast.
