Are gems gonna be more then tiny easy to forget stat boosts this time around?
This seems very interesting and could be a fun change. I just hope it's not ruined with seasonal grinding. Oh, wait never mind "Dragonflight uses Crafting Stations to make you feel immersed in your professions. Of all the crafting professions in World of Warcraft, most only have a few special recipes which require a specific Crafting Station to be used in order to create your item. I'm not trying to be negative, but I just don't like to being asked to grind every season to enjoy end game content.
can wowhead do a profession calculator tool ?
This is all nice and stuff but they should focus more on classes, that are the main reason most play the game (combat). As of now, most classes are exactly the same, with all the things people who give constant feedbacks have been pointing out that shouldn't be there (whether it feels unfun, or clunky, or bugged, or a sum of all those three), they are just spread in a different way. Don't get me wrong, I really like the talent trees, they are a fantastic opportunity to make amazing things, but at the current state, seems like they just lazily spread current talents, passives, conduits and SL leggos there and said "Hey, look at this brand new thing" ehh.. no. They could've used old stuff, for sure, but why not get something interesting for, let's say, MoP, or Legion Lego.. this is just SL classes with a different UI.
So refreshing to have professions be so in-depth they are like a playstyle in itself sort of like WQs or instances. I am thrilled to see this much detail and effort put into them. The JC specs sound fascinating. I hope they continue this going into the future and not just treat DF as a one-off change. Needs to be a core philosophy design change, not just another feature.
I hate this
