What's this? Breath of Sindragosa nerfs and alternate talents getting buffed? it's like they are listening to FDK feedback
I'd like to see more classes get changed other than the usual. Also, Unholy DK buffs? If this applies to PvP every comp will be unholy dk/X healer, probably rdruid (not like it isn't this now). Nice one Blizzard. Starting to look like a boring patch for most people that play one character, as many classes are the same as they were in Uldir, as mine was.
If only we had class set bonuses to mix things up ... :P
Hmpf... Is it too optimistic to still hope for a June release, now that we still haven't gotten any news on the matter?
Yey they nerf op glacial spike.
Yay. Another Spriest Nerf
Oh so Unstoppable force nerfed yet again. Blizzard what are you going to do to keep prot warriors relative or they going to suffer 8.0 situation where protection warriors were practically non existant?
I hope they show more love to the FDK, maybe it’ll give me the kick I need to switch from my BM hunter
nerf sucking mages. still no buffs for sucking arms. nice game
If you guys complain about nerfs, try sometimes to play lightning sorcerer in swtor at a competetive level.
I have a GREAT IDEA guys! You are gonna love it!For all those who enjoy prot specs, we are going to nerf your damage some more! How dare you want to be a spec designed around being baby-sat by other classes?
Prot was good in 8.0, it was good in 8.1, it's good in 8.1.5, it's going to be good in 8.2. Chill out.
Hm. Endless Affliction PvP talent change. That's a good change, makes it usable now instead of the warlock gutting the damage of their own spell (well same damage but slowed the ticks so healers didn't even have to worry). Given how they had said this was the pvp talent to be given to pve affliction with that new system-with-the-name-I-forgot, this will make very it pretty useful. I was worried I'd just have a slower UA holding me back but this? Keeping the boosted damage for 10 seconds after it fades? It will allow us to save shards for procs rather than constantly keep UA up just to have the bonus damage. Also, relax prot tanks. It was one spell. One aoe spell's damage. That was it. Some people still haven't wrapped their heads around the fact this isn't a single player game, group content is supposed to require a group. You'll still be durable and still do decent damage in aoe settings, just not chart topping aoe damage. Whine about that if you like, but that's not a tank's role in this game. You lead the group into battle and protect the squishies, the squishes do the chart topping damage, and the healer makes sure you're all able to continue to do that pull after pull. Again, this isn't a single player game and it isn't good design to have any class or spec running around doing multiple roles. If you want to do that, that's fine, I get it. It's a good feeling to seem "godlike" but this isn't a single player (or small group) game to cater to that role. At the very least, I'm not remotely worried about mine. If thunderclap was the only reason you were playing this class/spec, then that's just a weird reason to have picked it.
How'd you guys miss the Icicles buff?
The change to Unbound Freedom was unexpected a but still a nice appreciate change
A bunch of good changes here. The nerf to Glacial Spike and the 19% disc priest buff makes me think they are not done here :-) Mage is already way below avarage in raids, and is usually there to not use scrolls. Disc priest on the other hand is top tier and gets a 19% buff. In other words: more adjustments to both are coming. Two other remarks: unholy DK is already one of the most broken specs (along with destro and rdruid) in arena. If these buffs come without PvP specific nerfs it's going to be even more broken... Unbound Freedom changes to Ret scares me as well with the burst they do. I guess it's a fair change though - just scared they'll be pretty mobile now. I'm thinking scenarios like vanguard cleave vs frost mage: warrior and ret can't be frozen/slowed = damage done is reduces heavily and damage taken increased even more.
