To be fair, if you played through the main content, you are only missing 1 part, which is in fact a short story with few quests ( probably).
Betting it will be on Feb 26, when the final wing opens in LFR.
Does anyone know if Part 4 of the War Campaign involves actually doing the raid?
Great, so I've waited one and a half years for a feature that was supposed to release half a year ago, and now they're telling me I have to actually be a raider to get the race that should've been available on launch. Truly wholesome.

You can complete these quests in one LFR run once it opens. No need to be a ‘raider’
the final part of the war campaign is a prelude to Dazar'Alor, which sets up the setting for the raid, so basically if you've been doing all the story content, you really only have one more minor quest chain left to go, and that's going to release either next week or the 22nd when the raid comes out, no later (at least, pending 8.1.5's release)also there's the entire "recruitment" chain which from reading the broadcast text seems rather neat, just tying together all the racial themes and stuff
What? Pride of Kul Tiras as well? Are you kidding me? I really have to do all those dungeons on my Alliance alt?What happened with "All you need is Exalted with Proudmoore Admirality"?
Did they say anywhere if this has to be done on the same character? For example, I'm exalted with Proudmoore with one toon, but because of the excessive class pruning, have switched mains and want to the quest portions on the "new main."
If they raid-lock an allied race (don't even care if it is LFR), then I'm done with the game.
