This is currently listed as BIS for discipline priests, and in the Adventure Guide it only shows up for DPS. So if the raid goes live with this still in-tact, I'd recommend disc priests set their loot to Shadow if they are after this.

Edit: Looks like its been added to healer drops on the adventure guide now.

The stacks are Spymaster's Report and the activation buff is Spymaster's Web. This trinket seems very powerful on the Arcane Mage I got it on. It's flexible, because you can skip using it without losing DPS, and the amount of int it gives is crazy. The stacks cap at 40, and they are removed on death.

if you are a devastating evoker and we use 2 on-use trinkets and one of them is spymaster's web. they have a great harmony in the rotation.

How does the trinket passive work when you activate it? Can you start generating new reports during 20s window or not? Interested if you can just macro it onto a cooldown, and activate in the beginning with 0 stacks, and start getting new stacks for the next cooldown rotation right away

Can anyone explain to me, why this trinket is S-Tier for Balance? I mean the active when you have at least 30 stacks its nice, but the passive seems like to stack up very slow. Is there anything like a "sweet spot" when to use the trinket? I don´t know if i like it or not.

I got the 619 version of this in my vault today...

The item's tooltip says 88 intellect per stack, but the buff only gives me 35 intellect per stack. At full stacks, I am getting 1409 intellect. So am I not sure if this nerfed but the tooltip wasn't updated?
Discovered thanks to the comment below that it was because I was testing using the PvP dummy instead of the dungeon dummy. With the dungeon dummy I get the full 88 int per stack.

When I use the trinket at 40 stacks, I get 32,191 intellect which is close to the 804 per stack in the trinkets tooltip.

The biggest problem is that requires a minimum of 240 seconds (40 stacks * 6 seconds) to get full stacks. This is great if you aren't dying but not great for progression raiding when you will barely hit the full stacks if you do at all before wiping. The passive stacks do not have a timer but the buff does get cleared in certain situations like changing trinket, death, start of an m+ dungeon and probably more...

Still seems like a great trinket for m+, not so sure about raiding yet.
