It's 1 AP from AGI and 1 AP from strength (along with 1 or 1.1 AP per int depending on talents)
Shamans used to get 2 AP from strength and 0 from AGI before 3.0, so any content you're doing prior to northrend, you'll find occasional gear that was itemized for that. But now enhancement shamans gear like hunters. We want AGI and INT on items because while strength gives 1 ap, agility gives 1 ap plus dodge, armor, and melee crit %.
