You unlock the Emissary Vindicator Jaelaana by completing the quest The Child of Light and Shadow. She's located on the top floor of the Vindicaar, to the left as you enter.

Tested Last week for Rep Grind:

I believe it is worth noting that you can complete invasion Portals for rep tokens multiple times a day. The only requirement is that they appear on your map. If an invasion point is on your map it is loot-able for rep tokens. I did 5 portals yesterday and got a token from each portal. This works for both Army of the Light and Argussian Reach!

Ok, blah blah, save the world (again), blah blah.

Here's what you came here looking for:

You get rep completing some world quests in Krokuun and Antoran Wastes. You will have to do the story quests to unlock dailies in those regions. There is an Emissary quest (i.e. complete 4 world quests in Argus) that can come up.

You get rep completing the ~~time-gated~~ weekly questsFuel of a Doomed World (collect 50 Pristine Argunite) and Invasion Onslaught (clear 3 regular invasion points). A quick way to do this is to use a Group Finder group and just hang around after completion. The zones reset quickly and you can clear the same one multiple time for credit towards the quest.

You can get rep from using Demon's Soulstone which can only drop once per Argus elite per day (but the drop rate is incredibly low).

You get rep from some rare elite quests in all Argus zones.

You get rep from using the tokens you get from class hall quests. You will have to unlock those class hall missions by playing throughout the story.

This rep is pretty much all luck/time-gated. You can try to grind some of the bits (elites/missions) but it's mostly gonna take time.

About to wrap up the Exalted grind for these guys (19500/21000) and I did it in about two weeks.

Firstly I ran through Argus doing the main campaign story to get "You Are Now Prepared", this'll take a day or two and from that alone I nearly hit Revered. Make sure you pick up any optional missions along the way, since a lot of them give AotL and AR rep. Also you can do WQs as soon as you unlock the ability to, so make sure you don't forget about them while you're going through the story.

After you finish the plot, you're going to be in a tight spot. The only big rep dumps are weeklies you can do. Illidan offers two (Complete three invasion portals and then the weekly greater invasion portal) and Turalyon offers "Fuel for a Doomed World", all three of which are pretty much free and easy 1000 rep a pop. There's also a chance invasion portals and order hall missions will provide "Army of the Light Insignia"s which boost rep by 250 a use, and some Garrison Missions will offer "Greater Army of the Light Insignia"s that boost you by 750 rep.

Otherwise it's WQ, WQ, and WQ some more. If you want to get exalted quickly, you're going to need to log in a couple times every day and wipe the WQs clean. Personally I'd log in at 6AM, 4PM, and 11PM EST and have new WQs available every time, however I've heard it's different for everyone depending on their time zone. And don't forget Darkmoon Fair exp buffs affect WQs as well.

The main thing is to break the grind into parts. Two weeks sounds like forever, but it goes by really quickly. So far I've spent the down time between WQs leveling an Alt, which has kept the gameplay a bit more fresh. And if you're feeling bogged down by repetition, don't forget you can stop at any point and take a break. It's not like anyone cares that you didn't min-max your rep in the shortest possible time.

Is there a way to tell which Argussian Reach world quests will give Army of Light rep? Or do you just blindly do them all and hope they give it?

Starting from patch 10.1.5, all restrictions for unlocking Allied Races have been removed, with the exception of a level requirement.
All Allied Races can now be unlocked once you have a level 40 character on your account (was level 50). Blue post.
