West of Falcon Watch is the next zone, Zangarmarsh, and right when you enter the zone there is a camp called Cenarion Refuge.

In the inn is the Inn Keeper who sells the Cenarian beverage, buy one, and head back to Falcon Watch.

Give it to Viera Sunwhisper and she will tell you to follow her. When she stops and starts drinking it, use the scroll on her and a suprise will happen.

She's on the bottom level, across the path from the First Aid trainer. She was rather camped when I did this quest, and you really had to just sit there until she happened to spawn or she'd start walking off with someone else.

You need to buy the wine in Cenarion Refuge camp in the inn then go back to Falcon Watch and find the girl with a blue ? mark on here head give here the win she will walk a way then use the scroll.

Buy Cenarion Spirits from the innkeeper in the next zone west of the quest giver. Then give the spirits to Viera, and she will move so that you can read the scroll to her.

The directions listed above are good. Funny thing happened when i did the quest. An ally hunter was drinking water outside falcon watch when i walked out with the NPC and her guards attacked him, so when he flagged i helped them kill him a bit. good times :)

*Ending Spoiler*
(Do not read below if you don't want to know.)

You give the girl the drink, and she follows you to a "discreet" location. Once you use the spell on her, she turns into a rat. She starts to ask what happened to her and then starts shouting "Get that cat away from me!". The cat then chases her, and you go back into the town and turn in the quest.

HAHA! I just did this quest. Great great ending. If you're confused here's what you do.

She's actually at 27,61 not 27,62. She's the blonde level 63 sitting down and you go up to her and complete life's finer pleasures. You must have Cenarion Spirits purchased in Zangarmarsh at the Cenarion place from the innkeeper. Walk with her a few feet. Use the scroll once she stops.

From Falcon Watch follow the road west out of Hellfire Peninsula and into Cenarion Refuge (which is right inside Zangarmarsh). From there speak to the innkeper and purchase Cenarion Spirits.

There is no flight path in Cenarion Refuge , but if you ride north to Swamprat Post (84,55) you can get the FP and head back to Falcon Watch. You probably have a quest named Report to Zurai (http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=10103) anyways so you can knock out a few things here and save you some time :).

Here is what you do for fastest completion = Follow the road that leads you to Zangarmarsh, by the Cenarion Camp. Once in Zangarmarsh, you should be able to see the town of Night Elves and Tauren. Go to the Inn, (It's a big building you can't miss it.) and the innkeeper sells (on the last page of his wares) a beverage Drinkable to YOU (so be careful) named Cenarion Spirits. It does NOT say 'Quest Item', and you only need to buy 1. Return to Falcon Watch, and if you do not know where the quest lady is, type in '/Target Viera ' and her face will come up. Look around, and once you see her, she will have a blue question mark over her head. She is sitting down with blonde hair, on the rug with the guy you turned the escort in to.Turn the Wine in to her, and you must follow her to her desired spot. After she drinks it, use the scroll, and beware of a surprise! Fun quest!

Just to warn everyone..

Don't do,as I did, drink it.. Talk to her, and she will "take" it for you. ;)

I learned it the hard way, and had to fly back to Zangarmarsh to get that thing again..

When I did this quest I don't know why but I've bought 10 bottles of Cenarion Spirits (thinking I needed all 10 of them quest-wise), instead of just one, so I just drank all other 9 bottles.
Man, that was a flying experience through Hellfire.

I had some issues trying to talk to Viera Sunwhisper (who is sitting on the ground next to Taleris Dawngazer) because with the new "feature" it kept trying to use the scroll on her instead of letting me talk to her (which I think is a great feature normally). Anyway, I had to hit enter and type this:
/console interactQuestItems 0
This allowed me to interact with her and temporarily keep me from using the scroll on her. I then followed her until she stopped and use the quest item from the Objectives overlay.

For anyone doing this quest, or loremaster in general, after patch 10.0.7 where the mouse cursor turns into the quest item and you can't give her the wine use the following command to solve it:

/console interactQuestItems 0

Arelion's Mistress

Magistrix Carinda at Falcon Watch wants you to lure Viera Sunwhisper away from the settlement and then use Carinda's Scroll of Retribution on her.

Description

With all the important matters at hand Arelion still found time in his schedule to see a mistress!

It's all becoming perfectly clear. Viera Sunwhisper, that filthy wench... we'll show her to never cross a magistrix again.

Take this scroll and find Viera. Find a way to lure her away from town and use the scroll on her.

Arelion mentioned she couldn't resist a particular wine harvested by the cenarion druids. You might find some at Cenarion Refuge, just inside Zangarmarsh, west of here.
