For this questline you need to be on your Dark Iron Dwarf (lvl 50+) and currently it has to be the DID that did Heritage of the Dark Iron.
Use your Mole Machine to get there, it's in your general spell tab. Select Eastern Kingdoms > Shadowforge City.

The Anvil-Thane's Designs - turn around and walk forward, upstairs, follow the way on the right side (don't jump down) and enter the Grim Guzzler
Brawl or Brew - click her dialogue and select "brawl". Fight against Risen Ghoul
It's Called Borrowing - go down and kill Boiling Flamebringer for Boiling Flamecore. Go back to the ramp where you came from and collect 5 Darkforged Ingot, they lie around in the big marked area near the Warbringer Constructs. Follow the way until you reach Kasea Angerforge and ask her for the Flamepoint Engraver. Turn around and go back a bit to turn in the quest
Weapons o' the Dark Iron - talk to Anvil-Thane Thurgaden and click the darkforged ingot
Turn in and get Arsenal: Lavaforge Armaments.
Delivery for Kasea - follow the way back
Good Fiery Boy - click Blackrock Ball next to you, throw it on the ground and click Grimhowl to pet him. Collect 4 Charred Steak from the boxes and feed him. After that, click the extra action button Apply Blackrock Barding.
Turn in and get Grimhowl's Face Axe.

Questline took about 15 minutes with level 52 and ilvl 85.

Chose brew?

I purchased Sulfuron Slammer x7 (20s each) from Plugger Spazzring who roams around on the bar in the Grim Guzzler.

I handed a drink to Strongarm Jardon. She responds with "Now that's a good brew! Get me another. An' one fer yerself too!"
I handed her a couple more drinks, and she responded with "Yer drinkin' too, right? Ain't much of a drinkin' contesht if it'sh just me.."
I drank one and handed her one two more times and she responded with "ACH! Conshider me Shulfuron Shlammed!"

Ach, Thurgaden sent ye did he? Ye'd think the Anvil-Thane would be made o' tougher stuff than the rest of this drunken lot, but I guess I was mistaken! If ye want tae win back his designs, yer gonna have tae win 'em fair and square. I've only got one question left fer ye. Brawl? Or Brew?
