You begin this quest inside Torghast Tower (auto accept).
I'm not sure but this quest just pop for me after the daily reset, so, if you don't see this quest wait for the daily or weekly reset.

To complete this quest you need freed souls and open Soul Cages (floor 3 have much):

Partially-Infused Soul Remnant select the dialog "Free the Soul Remnant".
Boiling Soul Remnant.

After completing "Explore Torghast" I was never given this quest as a follow up. Did all three layers available, have done as much of the storyline as the maw will allow, etc... but still have never received this quest after completing the first. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi all

This Quest start from 02/12/2020 xD. Quest start from Highlord Bolvar Fordragon in Oribos 39 68. This is a part of Torghast Storyline.

You need to go to Maw to Torghast, Tower of the Damned. Start Fracture Chamber and freed 10 Soul Remnants on any layer you can do it even on 1. After that move back to same NPC.

New Edit: I don't think this is bugged anymore, I think it is time gated. I did Torgast with a friend who had the pre-quest "Explore Torgast" and they did not get this quest as a follow up. On my character that I can't get this quest on I did Torgast on the night before reset and basically exited and went to sleep. Even that I dont remember, it is very likely that I ended up turning in "Explore Torgast" after the rest. This leads me to believe that there needs to be a weekly reset between these two quests for whatever weird reason.

Old Post: This seems to be bugged and inaccessible for one of my chars. I could get it on 2 chars that were Renown 3, but not the char I'm renown 6 on. The difference between these chars is that the 2 who could are Kyrion, the one is Night Fae. The 2 who could did Torgast Level 3 last week, the one who can't only did 2. Those are the only differences I can think off.

Things that most likely aint the reason:
- One of the chars who could, and the one who cant have the same rep with Venari.
- One char who could, and the one who can't neither have completed the 1250 soul ash quest (at the time) to Runecarver.

ppl tell the quest has been available after recent weekly reset. i've started torghast already after 1 reset and not get the quest. wtf? why should i get - 1 weekly progress in story lines?

You'll get those 10 long before you finish the sixth floor, it it required you kill the final boss for quest completion?

If you are wondering why you cannot pick up this quest, or any follow up on the storyline, the entire questline is gated for each character.

Per Blizzard on 12/12/20, regarding my character who hit 60 on week 2 of release:

"Thanks for your ticket about not being able to start the next quest in the Torghast quest chain.

Please note that the quests in Torghast are on a character-specific weekly lockout. So if you completed "Remnants of Hope" on your character this week, you won't be able to start "Information for a Price" until after the reset.

If you completed "Remnants of Hope" last week and still can't start the next quest this week, please do send a Bug Report so we can check it out."

It's unfortunate for your alts since you can't count on speeding through this questline to catch up on ~900 Soul Ash upfront, even 6 months from now. Really disappointing that any character that didn't hit 60 on week 1 will always be behind in this story questline.

Best idea is probably to submit feedback to try to get them to loosen up in the future.

My hunter is unable to see this quest, I handed in the quest to explore torghast and then Bolvar had nothing else to follow up, weird because my warrior was able to catch up on these quests without any issues? cant find any solutions as all the posts are from last year and basically everyone says its timegated back then.. but why was my warrior was able to do them, and my friend has no timegating.

I was unable to pick this up at Bolivar on an alt, the next day (after a reset) I went to Ve'nari and she offered it to me. Just as a test I went ahead and abandoned it and it reappeared at Bolivar and was not available at Ve'nari.

The response I had from Blizzard. Some time gate was removed, but not all. The current time gate is the following:

• Week 1
- Into Torghast
- The Search for Baine
- Explore Torghast

• Week 2
- Remnants of Hope
- Information for a Price
- Torment Chamber: Jaina

• Week 3
- Finding a Witness
- Lest the Trail Go Cold
- Torment Chamber: Thrall
- Signs of the Lion

According to WoWpedia, this whole quest chain was removed in patch 9.1.0 so you can safely igore this, and it's associated quests:

Explore Torghast
Remnants of Hope
Information for a Price
Torment Chamber: Jaina
Finding a Witness
Lest the Trail Go Cold
Torment Chamber: Thrall
Signs of the Lion
The Captive King

Since the quest Trust Issues is supposed to unlock after the first in this chain, but is available well before it, this is likely the case

Description
