As of writing this comment, world quests aren't consistently showing up on the regular map. You can, however, talk to a flight master. The map that shows up when talking to a flight master has all the world quests shown.

This is not the other covenent's giving daily quest this one is Revendreth convenant chosing only.

The other Call to revendreth daily quest is giving at your chosing convenant's main base.

Could this get buggy if you switch covenant? It shows for me that ive completed it, but i did it as Night fae, and now i cannot do anything.

If you encounter the bug where Rendle doesn't give you a quest, you can go back to talk to Renethal and skip the remainder of the introductory questline.

WARNING: If you take this instead of doing the skip you CANNOT abandon it but you can talk to Renathal on the lower level as @atmis indicated. I just hit 60 by doing the world quests in Revendreth and have none available. If you don't trigger the skip you will be locked out of the following features:
-Soulbinds, making it impossible to loot conduits
-The weeklies for anima and rescuing souls
-Unlocking any buildings, including the mission table
-The covenant and 9.1 campaigns

This effectively stalls the initial catch-up progression that would normally be available. Even if you do the 'tour,' you should still skip if you are in the same situation I was when hitting 60.

Description

We got a lot of problems out there, boss. Big ones, little ones, really smelly ones, it's a lot. If we're gonna take on Denathrius, the first thing we gotta do is clean up right here in Revendreth. We get things cleaned up, yeah? Then we get some new allies, and we probably get our hands on some anima to boot. It's a call to action, it is. And it's important that we get started right away. Get on out there and get your boots muddy!
