To place the Fetish you need interact with the Flame of Oblivion located inside the Cave in Crimson Forest.

After place the Fetish will appear the mob, kill him, grab Imbued Drust Fetish and return the quest in Ulfar's Den /way 46,7, 44,4

Don't forget to pick up the fetish after you kill the Drust Behemoth! It's not loot, but rather an interactable item on the ground.

The mountain path to climb back upwards starts around (45.16, 39.66), in case you're like me and paid no attention whatsoever when jumping down the hill.

Does anyone know how to get back to that map (Drustvar) from Oribos or anywhere else? I didn't play the previous versions and the portal inside the heart of the forest is disappeared. Thanks! BTW I‘m a tribe.

Quest is currently bugged, Behemoth evades.
Tips to overcome this bug:
You can abandon the quest and pick it up again,
Make sure NOT to stealth in the quest room, clear all mobs, then engage the font activating the RP,
make sure to face your camera toward the ritual well inside the room,
the behemoth emerges from there, which also seems to be what is bugging this scenario.

Be cautious before abandoning the quest if you didn't play BFA long enough to get to the quest location. I abandoned and now can't get back. I went back to Heart of the Forest - portal gone. Tried starting the BFA strike point questline to get back. I followed information I found elsewhere on here, no luck. Wasted a lot of time for nothing at this point.

Update:
Because I must have already started BFA and abandoned the quests in another area, I wasn't able to start the campaign to Drustvar. Instead, I took the ship from Stormwind to Boralus. For those still looking for a work around, there are a number of posts on how to do this, but simplest I found was:

Use Cata Twilight Highlands portal
Fly to Stormwind - to the Stormwind Harbor
Ship location is: https://gyazo.com/5350925dba17a70188487b482eeba2c5 - the lowest dock (you'll see the cursor over the spot)
I flew up into the mast and had no issues
Jumped off in Boralus and ran across the water, to Drustvar, and up to the quest location -- it was marked on the map.

While not ideal, it did work! :D

You need to go into a cave for this quest (a cave inside a tree), and the cave entrance is at 27.0, 58.4 in Drustvar. I've included a screenshot here showing what the cave entrance looks like. In this image I'm at 26.7, 57.4 in Drustvar and facing slightly southeast.

After going into the cave, keep going downstairs and on the way you will have to fight hostile mobs. Eventually you will summon a big creature, and after defeating it click on the clickable item that will be present nearby.

Some clarification to this quest:

Ulfar does NOT give you a fetish when you pick up the quest, although quest log says, "Take this fetish to Gol Inath".

The cave entrance is at 27.0, 58.4 with a giant immobile Drust Behemoth outside at the entrance. You go down and follow the path just like the one to the final boss in Waycrest Manor.

The quest object you interact to/with is a campfire looking item - you just right click it to summon the Drust Behemoth to kill for the quest. If you stealthed and did not kill mobs along the way, keep your back to the wall as he fears (or save your interrupts for fears). After you kill him, the quest item is NOT A DROP. It is a floaty thing over the campfire/quest thing that you clicked.

Collect, then turn in back to Ulfar 46.7, 44.4.

If you played through the Drusvar storyline in BfA, you can use the "Throw Liquid Fire" extra button on your screen to damage and stun the wicker constructs and the Drust Behemoth that is summoned after placing the fetish.

Like others here I had the evade bug also. I tried abandoning the quest, relogging, going to Orgrimmar, but nothing worked. So I abandoned the quest, went to Orgrimmar, and then relogged. That did the trick. Hopefully this works for someone having the same problem, good luck!

If you $%^&ing die after using the Fetish to summon the Behemoth, you will be blocked and you can't summon it again as the fetish is already "enabled". You have to abandon the quest and restart it.

So I teleported out of Drustvar and tried to go back to Drustvar and there was no portal to get there anymore..

As a new player and someone that levelled using a token I tried a couple of things before I actually managed to find a way to get back there.
When I got there the city was empty and no boat. That's what I did to actually get back there. (Note that we SHOULDN'T have to do all that stuff since its not part of the new content..)

1. I went to orgrimmar and teleported to Zuldazar in the teleport room.
(note that there will be almost no npcs there)
2. I went to the docks in Zuldazar and talked to Nathanos and accepted a quest.
3. I went back to orgrimmar to complete the quest and received a new one.
4. Meet your crewmembers in the house next to orgrimmar AH.
5. After a short conversation, take the new teleport they opened to Zuldazar.
6. Speak to Nathanos to finish the quest.
7. Next to nathanos will be Talanji. Take the intro quest and follow the storyline.
8. Once you've reached Dazaralor and completed the intro questline near the table, speak to Nathanos.
9. Once you got the War Campaign quest from Nathanos, meet him on the boat at the docks.
10. Talk to him and take the Kul Tiras Campaign quest.
11. On the table in front of him, choose Drustvar. (if it doesnt register abandon and restart quest).
12. Accept the quest and talk to Nathanos Again to receive new quest.
13. Go downstairs and talk to Trade Prince Gallywix to complete quest and receive a new one.
14. Speak to Eitrigg next to Nathanos.
15. Go upstairs and talk to Dread-Admiral Tattersail to go to Drustvar.

Sorry for the long text, but it took me a long time to figure this out even with help of others so I figured it would be a good idea to put it there.

This quest has several serious potential pitfalls.

First of all if you are a Horde player, the road from Ulfar to Gol Inath leads through the Alliance city of Arom's Stand where the guards will one-shot you, and the nearest graveyard is pretty damn far (I learned this the hard way). There were no any nearby flight points I could use either, but I don't know if that's only because I didn't quest in Drustvar during BfA beyond the necessary campaign quests.

Second, as others have described, if you didn't do BfA or didn't get far enough, you may have an issue where you can't go back to Drustvar if you Heartstone-d out because the BfA campaign isn't advanced enough. This is some really stupid oversight from Blizzard, potentially screwing players up pretty badly.

- To avoid being one-shotted you have to go all the way to about 25,49 to go around Arom's Stand. Don't try to run through the city.
- DO NOT use HS or any other form of teleporting out of Drustvar during this quest if you didn't advance the BfA storyline to the point of going to Drustvar.

Had the evade bug when the behemoth was almost dead. Had to leave underground, return to Ulfar, abandon quest, pick it up again, and that appeared to work next time I went in. No relogging or going back to Stormwind. Did have trouble finding the Fetish to bring back cuz he fell on top of it and it's really small. It's laying on top of the blue circle.

This quest is impossible to do. I can't kill a simple mob in BFA. My pet and me get killed way to easily. Thanks Blizzard for your stupid scaling.

One last crappy bug on this quest, and another of my don't be an idiot ones. IF you manage to kill the behemoth and he dies on top of the alter you won't be able to see the fetish you have to pick up. I ran around looking for it and almost abandoned q to start over. When his body despawns, you eventually see it.

To return to the shrine, just follow the path up and around at 44.74, 40.17.

It seems that this quest have a bug when you died in the fight with the Drust Behemoth, the Behemoth will appear to follow you all over the cave with its remaining hp once you revive but you cannot attack it.

If you left the area to do a dungeon or any other reason and can't find your way back to Ulfar:

There is a portal to Drustvar outside Root Home on the opposite side of the tree entrance from the adventure table. It’s under the little tree branch arch wall (?) by three target dummies.

I am on ‘Into The Flame’, have it completed and need to return to Ulfar.

If you get teleported out of Drustvar in some way, theres a portal to Drustvar next to Lord Herne back in your Covenant Sanctum

I aggro all of them then click, forgot they are lvl 60
the guy killed me
when I resurrected I was not able to kill him
so dont afraid to abandon quest, you will see the Q marker again ar 45 45

Blizz must have got rid of the bugs, all worked for me L60 Lock under-geared: Entrance to the tunnel is at the base of the large tree 26.96, 58.37 with a big inactive Crimsonwood Demolisher standing nearby. Kill mobs inside one at a time (unless you're confident of taking on a stack of L60s) get rid of all mobs before placing the Fetish, so you only have to fight the Behemoth on its own. To summon the Behemoth, touch the glowing alter at the very bottom of the stairs, after killing him, the Imbued Fetish appears in the same alter to loot.

If you leave Drustvar by using your HS and not completing the quest, dont go to Zaldazar. Go back to Heart of the Forest in Ardenweald and use the portal back to Drustvar (coords: 45/56). Also if you are lazy to walk back to the cave.

This must be a colossal pain in the butt for players who don't have BfA flight. But the entire Night Fae covenant campaign seems to be filler, fetch quests linked by long travel to and from destination points.

Description

I know the curse of which you speak. Dark magic that possesses the mind of the afflicted. Long ago, the Drust were ruled by a sorcerer king named Gorak Tul. It was he who twisted our rituals and set us on the path of death and domination. You will need to claim a portion of his power to break the curse.
