If you aren't able to see Wolf Rider Kazz, make sure you've cleared the rocks for the This Ain't Mine questline. After you've done that you should be able to see him. Took me forever to figure it out.

I have picked this quest up and i can not see Crusader Thalius to start collecting reports . I have put in three tickets and they cant help me anyone have this problem and if so how do i fix it ?
anyone ?

I waited for more then a few mins and no he never showed up it is like i am phased out ? Anyone have any other suggestions i am going crazy...

Ok, so this quest line was bugged out for me. Everything was normal until I had to talk to Wolf Rider Kazz. I'd fly to Razor Hill and once I left the outskirts and entered the town, it bugged out and put me into the following phase. I assume it's the following phase because there are a bunch of Horde and Alliance NPC's all living in harmony.

The way I got around this bug was by going to where the wolf rider should be. I'd then back away 90ish yards to the West and then the phasing would return to normal. If you approach Razor Hill and enter it's zoning area it would phase back out. If you've been playing for a while you'd know that when mounted, you can run in a straight line in a place that normally unmounts you for extra mounted time. Do this and you can quickly click on the wolf rider and complete this quest before the game catches up with phasing you to where it thinks you should be. You need to do this on the flying mount because it moves much faster.

Found myself stuck on this quest at the blockade completely phased out. No npcs were appearing anywhere Durator.
Found a single quest outside Ogrimmar west of Blockade wall which finished up my uncompleted Allied Races: Mag'har Orc.
A quest which I abandoned long ago because I've done it on my main already.
Seems I phased myself out of the blockade during the quest and left it phased out.
That'll teach me, abondoning a forced upon breadcrumb quest that I already did.

Description

We cannot anticipate where and when the Scourge will strike. In order to mount a defense, the Argent Crusade has set up outposts at several key locations. But we have yet to receive word from them. Seek out my field officers along the southern road. I expect a full report when you return.
