Is this bugged? I go through the mirror and get phased but then nothing happens, there's a bunch of neutral npcs and a shimmering barrier that pushes you back out and hits you for 60% hp. No npc to kill, abandoned quest, relogged and still won't work

After picking up the quest you will enter the building behind her by going down the stairs, taking a left and then a left when you get into the lower chambers. Once in the room with the mirror you will need to talk to Madame Viviana to tell her that you are ready. Once you have talked to her in your bags will be Death Lotus Powder. You will click it to apply the protection to yourself for 5 minutes and allowing you to enter the portal. Once you are in the room you'll proceed to the lower chamber and slay Warden Eriken After you slay Warden Eriken then you will loot the The Countess's Sinstone that is behind him that looks like a tombstone. Once looted you will go to the room on the right (if you are staring at the sinstone) or left (if the sinstone is to your back) and turn the quest in to Kleia and receive Halo of the Selfless.

I've abandoned it twice. Third time sneak in, let Keia attack first, kill Warden, looted stone and she moved, Was able to finish it after she moved to where the mirror is.

Thank you, @drndara for your comment. After entering the mirror, I stealthed to the Warden, but waited until he was mostly killed off before entering the fight.

Unfortunately, after collecting the sinstone I got killed before I could turn in the quest. OTOH, I made a discovery I believe others may find usefull:

If you have died in the encounter, rather than abandoning the quest, go back to the instance and resurrect, then you can use the Death Lotus Powder from your bags and enter the mirror rather than being knocked back.

I re-entered the mirror, (BMH) stealthed past a respawned Warden, and turned in the quest in "the room on the right".

This was bugging for me too. I abandoned the quest, turned off all my addons, logged out of game, closed battle.net. Then re-opened the game and ensured the addons were completely off. Picked up the quest again, and re-did it, I used the death lotus powder before entering the mirror. This time I fought the boss without aggroing the yellow mobs next to him (I died the first time). I picked up the sinstone immediately after defeating the boss and did not use any aoe when fighting him. This time Kleira did as she was supposed to and I was able to turn the quest in.

If you die while you are inside the mirror, don't follow the arrow back to the quest area. Make your way back to 55,35 so you can re-enter the mirror.

I finished all parts of this quest, but in my rush didn't realize I needed to turn it in at the location I was at and went back through the mirror in order to leave.

Don't do this. It won't let you back in, it sends you to a completely different mirror. You will have to abandon and do it over.

Same issue i took the stone and killed Warden Eriken and assumed i was to go through another mirror to get Halo of the Selfless but the quest is finished before entering the mirror.

Make sure you talk to the Kyrian Kleia to complete Through Glass, Sins of the Past (the next one) is actually Also given there as well (before mirror)

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Assistance from Sinfall	Speak with The Curator in Darkhaven 60 60.
2 Overhead Intelligence	Slay Chalice Courier and collect from them: Inane Drabblings, A Personal Affront, List of Demands and Rumors of Favor. This Quest you doing together with Eyes of the Master and Gothic Fashion.
3 Eyes of the Master	Slay 3 NPC: Evaala the All-Seeing 50 51, Keraal the Ripper 48 53, Guardian Mastrus inside bulding 52 45.
4 Gothic Fashion	Collect 5 articles of venthyr clothing: Crimson Cravat, Iron Skull Belt Buckle, Pleated Cape, Thigh High Boots and Lace-Up Bracers is dropo from most mobs around. Return 3 quest to 56 41 is in Tower you need to get to wall to get there. enterence to wall 54 45.
5 Shards of the Countess	"Collect the 3 Shard of the Countess. You doing this quest together with Collecting Dust. 1. Insid bulding pick up from table 54 37 2. Is on wall inside bulding 52 37 3. Slay Duchess Minodora and pick up from body"
6 Collecting Dust	Pick up 30 Death Lotus Petal from Death Lotus. You can find them out side the buldings.
7 Through Glass	Use Death Lotus Powder then go to basement and speak with The Curator then go thru mirror and slay Warden Eriken after all pick up The Countess's Sinstone and go to next room where is mirror.
8 Sins of the Past	Go thru mirror. You will get root after follow The Countess and take a sit in the Ornate Chair. Listen to The Countess then Eat then Listen to The Countess.
9 Land of Light	You need to ridde Purple Nightflyer just go up in this bulding. then move to 31 47.
10 Actions Speak Louder than Words	Speak then Follow Mindscorched Alwin. This quest you doing together with Actions Speak Louder than Words and Light Respite
11 Skulking in the Darkness	Kill 8 outcast venthyr in the Ashen Traverse.
12 Light Respite	Pick up 25 Brushberry from Duskbrush all 3 quests return to 39 59.
13 The Folly of Envy	Slay Duke Vielle He is on wall 40 59 then pick up Seal of Contrition.
14 Parting Words	Move to 32 47 and speak with The Curator then go back to Bastion and Speak to Kalisthene in Elysian Hold. Finish quest to Mikanikos
15 The Seal of Contrition	Place Seal of Contrition.

the quest seemed to work for me - i killed the mob, looted the item, and nothing else appeared near me inside the area you port to, so i left back through the mirror. i went to the turn-in marker on the map (in northeast revendreth) and there was nothing there. i went to the original pickup point of the quest + the one for the quests just before it, and nothing. eventually i abandoned it and started again.

it turns out that after you loot the item, kleia should appear near you. she has a line of dialogue and leads you to another nearby mirror that lets you leave. it's in one of the side rooms downstairs, not up the stairs where you came in. the first time i did the quest, she did not appear! you turn in the quest before you exit through the mirror, so if you leave the area, you cannot re-enter and you'll have to pick the quest up again and start over, or at least that was my experience (kleia was not outside anywhere that i could find).

I can't ever remember a WoW quest where I was so confused that I had to drop it and start over. Seriously irritating. Edit: After dropping the quest, I picked it up again from The Curator at 55.1, 34.9

Just a heads up.
After I entered the portal, I held down "W" and looked away for a minute. Then I walked through the wall straight across from the portal and fell out of the world. It caused none stop d/cing. If you do do this, go to character stuck in support. You will teleport to your factions major city.

IDK how many times I killed the guy before Kleia showed "?" complete. I had to hearth out and make my way back because I couldnt go back through the staircase. But, it finally worked.

still bugged. mirror doesnt work hearthing out and go to the quest marker does nothing. Abandoning and redoing the part where you kill the gargoyle fixed it

After dying once and getting drained another time, I LISTENED to the Countess! "Use the death lotus powder to protect yourself .."- or close.
