To pull Inquisitor Traian you need Read Inquisitor Traian's Sinstone.
Inquisitor Traian is requeriment for It's Always Sinny in Revendreth.

12. Halls of Atonement: Your Absolution isn't showing up after completing this quest. Anyone know why?

When I handed the sinstone fragments in I got Otilia's sinstone not Traian's. killing her completed the quest but didn't progress the achievement towards sojourner of revendreth.

Start of Chain: The Accuser

Location: Varies...

- Done with main story? She's at the Halls of Atonement (71.78, 40.37) down the stairs next to the flight path.
- Not done with the main story yet? Try Sinfall. She moves with the main story.

If you cannot find her, then its best to keep progressing through the main story until you either run into her again or finish the main storyline. Once you finish, she'll be at the HoA inn.

I present The Final Atonement Storyline. This Story line have 15 Quests. This Story line is a part of Sojourner of Revendreth.

I done Quests in this order:

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 An Abuse of Power	Quest start from The Accuser is inside crypt 71 40 enter. Press on Abused Soul and slay Shattered Soul.
2 The Proper Souls	Find and press on 4 Fugitive Soul. Do this Quest together with The Proper Tools and The Proper Punishment
3 The Proper Tools	Kill mobs and loot from them: Venthyr Ritual Robes, Venthyr Ritual Dagger and Venthyr Ritual Tome
4 The Proper Punishment	Slay Fata the Soulflayer 65 43. All 3 quests return to The Accuser 70 46.
5 Ritual of Absolution	Speak with The Accuser to start ritual then kill all mobs coming out.
6 Ritual of Judgment	Go to 74 49 and Speak with The Accuser to start ritual
7 Archivist Fane	See Archivist Fane 72 52 is in bulding.
8 The Sinstone Archive	Collect 100 Sinstone Records drop from mobs. Start this quest together with Missing Stone Fiend.
9 Missing Stone Fiend	See Cryptkeeper Kassir
10 Atonement Crypt Key	When you will do quest The Sinstone Archive in drop you can get Atonement Crypt Key this is start quest Atonement Crypt Key. Go 70 55 and open crypt. Quest finish to Cryptkeeper Kassir
11 It Used to Be Quiet Here	Quest start from Chiselgrump 69 53. Pick up 8 Dredger Chisel most on ground.
12 Rebuilding Temel	"Quest start from Cryptkeeper Kassir 70 56. You need to find 3 items: - Temel's Head 70 53 - Temel's Body 68 53 - Temel's Wings 66 53"
13 Ready to Serve	Go back to Archivist Fane 72 52
14 Hunting an Inquisitor	Slay Inquisitor Traian 76 51. Use Read Inquisitor Traian's Sinstone will be on your extra bar to start fight.
15 Halls of Atonement: Your Absolution	Slay last boss Lord Chamberlain in dungeon Halls of Atonement. After this quest you will finish storyline.

Description

You may have noticed that inquisitors are protected by the Lord Chamberlain's magic. A potent consequence of wielding the Master's medallion. But now that we have access to Inquisitor Traian's sinstone from the archives, we have the power needed to break through those defenses. Locate the inquisitor, and order Temel to read out from his sinstone. Declaring the true name and sins of the inquisitor will shatter his defenses and make him vulnerable for a short window of time. Be ready to strike.
