If you're having trouble turning this in, it might be because you just about finished up the Zandalari Allied Race questline and stopped over by the JC trainer before going to see Talanji on her throne. After you complete the allied race quests you should be able to turn the quest in.

After a trip where the centinel doesn't have the jewels in its chest and shoulders, I look for an inn to disable WarMode, and this second time it was as expected.

I'm not sure if was the WM, or go away and come back again, but for me Works.

quest currently bugged, vault guardian unattackable.

The quest is no longer bugged (or it wasn't for me). I didn't need WM enabled to attack the guardian. I just had to wait out his short speech.

I just attacked the Guardian without WM on. Worked just fine for me.

The water to dive was so foggy, even with graphics high I had a hard time to find the cave entrance.

So if anyone else has this problem: Dive at exactly /way 74.04 7.44
Dive until you hit the diry "floor". Dive around that "floor" towards Alcaz Island with the dirt above your head and you should be in :)

While trying to figure out where de shrines reside, I came across an entry dat mentioned him exploring an area dat sounds very similar to Dustwallow Marsh.

It could be a long shot, given when dis earthen roamed Azeroth, but maybe if you retrace his final steps, you may find something.

I'll mark his last location for you on your map.
