Interact with Vindicaar Matrix to link Light's Judgment to it.

Well I finished this quest. The core is active and I can activate it. However, I can find no "Light's Judgement" Icon to use this feature. Has anyone had this problem? I also tried without any add-ons enabled.

Light's Judgment becomes a spell in your spellbook (in the General tab).

By default, it'll automatically go in the first empty slot of your primary bar (if you have any), but you can of course bind it wherever.

The spell gives a targeting reticule when used. This means you can macro it to cast on yourself, or wherever your mouse is pointing, like so:

I would recommend the former if you're a melee, the latter if you're a ranged (but then you have to actually keybind it, not just click it).

You can also use this spell to open the way to several chests. You'll see some rubble with a golden crystal on it - that's where you want to use the ability. The chests are located, roughly:

Ancient Legion War Cache at 65.8, 40 in Antoran Wastes
Legion Tower Chest at 65, 38 and Lost Krokul Chest at 47, 58 in Krokuun
Student's Surprising Surplus at 62.2, 72.3 and Chest of Ill-Gotten Gains at 50.77, 38.76 in Mac'aree

After you finish The Vindicaar Matrix Core and activated Vindicaar Matrix Control in Vindicaar below, you will see chat that that you learn new spell.

Spell Light's Judgment will be in your General spell book and from there you can drag into yours action bar.

I wont auto apear in your middle screen just like garrison ability or Combat ally ability.

Spear of Adun 2.0

Edit: The Spear of Adun is a spaceship from Legacy of the Void. You can upgrade it to fire targeted beam attacks like this one.

Just an update to my original post. I did look on my General Spellbook, but didn't see the name of this spell. (thanks to the people that pointed to this) However, it was listed as a https://www.wowhead.com/spell=251463. So problem solved. Again I love this community!

This is currently bugged. If you don't have room on your toolbar before you activate the matrix core to complete The Vindicaar Matrix Core, and you won't be rewarded with the Light's Judgment spell, either on your toolbar or in your spellbook.

If you change spec to one which does have room on the toolbar you will still get the spell on that spec.

To fix this bug:

Go back to Dalaran
The Vindicaar Matrix Crystal Vindicaar Matrix Crystal will now appear in your General spellbook (top tab)
Drag this spell to your toolbar
Go back to Argus
The Vindicaar Matrix Crystal Vindicaar Matrix Crystal will now have converted to the Light's Judgment spell, and it will also now appear in your spellbook.

Go to the lower level in the Vindicaar and click on Grand Artificer Romuul to activate Light's Judgment.

Description

Much has happened on Argus that concerns me but none moreso than Xe'ra's fate. I wonder sometimes if we are doing the right thing?

But we must carry on. I can rig the Matrix Core that powers the Vindicaar to allow you to call on the power of our guns when you have need of them on the planet.

Go to the Matrix Core in the room at the heart of our ship. Once linked, whatever powers the core has installed now and in the future will be at your disposal.
