so if you're like me and rush off to felsoul hold without becoming a prisoner, just abandon the quest and pick it up again, then just wait there like you're suppose to do :p

Go to the central dock and find there a group of chained prisoners. Interract with them, there a jailer will appear and chain you to another prisoner. Now you are about to ride. Also, you dont need to run to the dock mounted, there's a violet rune painted on the floor — Slowfall rune, interract with it and you'll be sended to the dock.

This can bug out if you just fly to the prisoners.

Next to the questgiver, at the edge of the tower, is a slowfall rune on the ground. Interact with it to get thrown down to the prisoners at the dock. Then it should work.

Description

Our own people, sacrificed to the Legion!

We need to intercept a transport if we intend to put an end to this trade. I'm afraid this does mean you will be playing the part of a captive, my friend.

We will follow behind in one of Deline's boats and break you out once we know where they are going.

Go to the harbor and find a group of captives. Stand among them. Allow yourself to be taken.
