You need to have finished demonic runes quest and the quest to get Sol as a champion first before this quest pops up.

You receive this quest after completing the 50 Demonic Runes quest. It requires you to complete a Mission Table mission, which rewards you with an Artifact Power token

I used lvl 106 Calia Menethil and two Band of Zealots (+30% success chance) to finally get this to 100%

For anyone not checking the level requirements, up to this quest, all the 22 quests required the character to be level 10, while this specific quest requires a level 45 character. If you're wondering why you cannot continue your campaign, that's why. It is sort of annoying, to be perfectly honest. The Class Hall Campaigns was the reason I pick Chromie time with my alts. I wonder if this roadblock exists for all classes.

Got to say, seems strange that the lvl req. jumps from 10 to 45 from the previous quest in the chain to this one..

Just got Sol and there was no follow on quest for Infiltrating Our Enemies. Lvl 62 that didnt finish the quest for my Disc artifact wpn. Once I completed the last of the artifact weapon quests Infiltrating Our Enemies was available upon return to Netherlight Temple.

Description
