(If you left without picking this quest up inside the Arcway Vaults, you can fly right back over and grab it. When you head in, the shorter path is to the right. You can't see the questgiver on your minimap until you're partway inside the vaults.)

Getting this quest was really annoying. When turning in the previous quest, I was speaking to Kalec in the Arcway and he just vanished on me. Later I found I could summon him to turn in that quest, but in order to get this quest I had to fight my way back into the Arcway.

I didn't complete this and came back later. Here is how you pick it up:

- Go to the cave at 34.5 84.2
- Take your first right and follow the tunnel
- When you hit a barrier - Use BLINK

Not one mention of it here, so I had to find out the hard way. You gotta complete a quest called "More than just a food vendor" before being able to see this quest. I wasted an hour in this godforsaken place.
