The commander has the blueprints. If you kill her and then die before you can loot her, rez in the nearby stream if you can ... and get to her before she fades. Else, you'll have to kill her a second time.

Hey guys as of patch 7.3 the quest text shown above is out-of-date. It is supposed to now be:

Northeastern Crystal
Northwestern Crystal

Southwestern Crystal
