Hi....
For some reason I can't get the quest...I'm 999/1000 exalted with them, and there is no quest.

For anyone who can't figure out why you can not start this quest, first ensure you have completed both scenarios tied to the faction. After completing that and you still have no quests available at Domination Point, head to Binan Village in southeast Kun-lai Summit. There you should seek Chen Stormstout in the Inn. He is huddled over an injured Vol'jin and needs your assistance in bringing Vol'jin back to strength.

Hope this gets you up to speed, it's where i was stuck for quite some time before i could figure out where to go. GL!

If you don't know where to fly to find Malkorok.
He's at 55,33 in Kun-Lai summit.

There are several Dominance Offensive campaign quests you need to do. They are all in an effort to find the Divine Bell for Garrosh, and you need to be Exalted to complete them all.
For most, you will need to fly to the objective area by speaking to Tak-tak. Each will award a breadcrumb of progress toward an achievement.

The first is finding Lor'themar in Valley of the Four Winds
You then turn it in and go find Baine.
After that you get sent to Silvermoon to help with an artifact,
Next one is back to Baine in Kun-Lai The Kun-Lai Expedition
Then back to Kun-Lai for "The Ruins of Korune
Followed by "Insertion" For this one, don't break your stealth buff by using ANY abilities. The bell is at the bottom of the Cenarion Enclave tree
"The Situation In Dalaran" comes next where you evacuate Sunreavers from Jaina's rather violent exile announcement
Once you've escaped Dalaran, its off to "The Bell Speaks" to finish things off and get your Grand Wyvern
