Entrance to the cave: 55.4, 55.5

I didn't find him at the cave entrance. Although I think his actual location somewhat corresponds to the cave entrance at the top of the trail. He's not up top. I spent alot of time looking there for him!

When you receive the quest from Len, face downhill and bear left going around the corner once it allows you to do so. Keep bearing left and you should come around to face the area underneath the trail you just road down. You should now be facing the entrance to the burrow. As a bonus - this is also where the Robbing Robbers of Robbers quest is at.

Enter the burrow and head to the back of it. He's near the back somewhat in the middle. You may have to wait for him to spawn, but he regens fairly quick. I ended up using a targeting macro to help me locate him. Just a simple /tar Leechfingers will do it. And depending any addons you are using, you may see a marker on your map showing you where to go once you get in range for the macro.

Yes, Shado-pan questline have such weird prequests :D
Awakened quests have 3 version of quests each starting from NPC that gave you previous quests.
Ordo Warbringer have quest that starts via pop-up after Channelers and backup from Taylor/Nazgrim if you abandon first.

Just noted he doesnt get marked with a skull on minimap, so dont try and look for that

The exact location for Leechfingers is 50.73, 43.45. He is in the northeast corner of the cave. As previously mentioned, after entering the cave, head left. Do not look for the skull icon - there isn't one.

Something that took me forever to find out: he is *NOT* at Ancient Passage. It is another cave, entrance at 55, 55.

Well I found he IS exactly where the quest marker says...the only thing is: DON'T TRY TO FOLLOW THE ROAD!
Instead face the same way the quest giver is facing and then you'll find a cave entrance. Go in and towards where the marker is. If you check it is the same location only you are underground and not on a cave entrance.

I had one hell of a time looking for this quest. It's not even close to where it comes up on the map. Lol. What you should do is after getting the quest, face the same direction he is facing and go straight and you'll figure the rest out yourself. I uploaded some screenshots that will hopefully be approved and will help everyone find this pain in the ass quest!

Another way to find it would to be open the map to full view, and you'll see another little cave entrance on it southeast of the entrance to The Ancient Passage.

once you get to the cave entrance (see other comments) take a left every chance you can get to the boss, kill (he's got alot of health but didnt do any damage to me 88spriest), turn around and follow the way you came out keep taking lefts until you see the entrance again

w.o.w caves suck! they are so confusing! :-P

I read most of the comments but I was still struggling to find the right location, so I figured I'll try and make this easier.

The TomTom coordinates to the CORRECT cave entrance to get to the mob are 55.64 55.5

Be aware the quest will be showing the map location of the mob inside of the correct cave. When you are in the CORRECT cave it will be saying Hatescale Burrow above the minimap. This will be confusing because the mob's location inside of the correct cave is also the coordinates to the entrance of a different cave above the ground of the cave the mob is in. The WRONG cave which is above the CORRECT cave leads to The Ancient Passage the coordinates for that cave entrance is 49.93 42.19 The Ancient Passage is the WRONG cave.

Helpful Hints Note: These locations are not confusing if you do not have Pandaria flight yet, but if you do these quest locations are very confusing. Also, if you are seeing mobs titled Darkhatched -something or other-, you are in the wrong cave. The mobs will be titled Hatescale -something or other-

Last note for those using the TomTom addon you can easily type way points in any given area that you are in by typing in chat as follows:
/way xx.xx xx.xx
The x's would be numbers, so for example ( /way 53.21 45.5 ) then hit enter. TomTom will then provide the arrow to guide you right to those entered coordinates. Just remember the TomTom can not provide the exact spot due to how far up in the air or down to the ground your character is, but if you are at the correct coordinates the rest is pretty simple to figure out unless it is in a cave, in which case you provide the coordinates to the CORRECT cave entrance. Hope this helped.

Ok, making it even easier. When you pick up the quest, to your right there are Hatescale Spitters. Follow them going right, killing as you go, and you will find the cave entrance. Follow the left path up and around to Leechfinger.

Description

The Spring Road is under the protection of her ladyship, the esteemed Madam Goya.

The saurok of Hatescale Burrow northeast of here require "education" in this fact. We have warned them before but sadly they seem to have a very short memory.

Travel northeast to this burrow and find their shaman leader. Eliminate him and you will have the gratitude of her ladyship. As well as an appropriate bounty.
