The guys to heal are to the east of the village, just up the hill past Mishka around a small pond. Amber & the hozen fighting pit are just northwest of the village.

If you're not keen on PvP, be aware that challenging and fighting the Pearlfin Recruit will flag you. I didn't notice until I was leaving the village and started being chased by an opposite faction player.

There's no notice that this will happen in the quest text either, so keep this in mind if you decide to accept and complete this quest.

You have to speak too Amber Kearnen first too defeat the captured Hozen.

He comes out his cage after you spoke to her and you will be able to attack him.

It appears that the quest no longer flags you for PvP when you duel the Pearlfin Recruit.

I noticed the directional arrows for quests in Pandaria are horrible. I followed a yellow arrow and got an incredibly unexpected result. Don't cross over to the Hozen area any other way but the stone path through the back of Pearlfin Village. If you do see Hozen all over the place, you've taken the wrong pathway from the village to the captured Hozen, which is what happened to me. I tried to cross a straight line from the wounded Pearlfin Recruits directly to the Captured Hozen and wound up walking into Hozen territory with all the Hozen intact and aggro. If that's the experience you have, run for the water and Pearlfin Village via the stone path. Then you can turn around and head back to the Hozen village via that path. When you go that way, the Hozen Village will be empty except for Amber, Pearlfin Recruits and the Captured Hozen. I don't know if it's a bug or I'm just super lucky with strange incidents. *shrug*

I am trying to turn in this quest, but I don't see anyone to turn it in to. I've reloaded my UI just in case it was a glitch, but still no quest taker. My map shows that there should be someone in Pearlfin Village by the rafts at the water's edge.

After completing all of the objective for this quest, you will be told to return to Admiral Taylor in Glassfin Village, not Pearlfin. I assume that Pearlfin used to be called Glassfin and this is a leftover from that.

Using Log Out and logging back in helped the NPC show up for turn in when they weren't showing up for me to complete the quest. ♥

Admiral Taylor was not at the spot indicated on the mini map for turn. Instead, he was outside the building at 58 80

You'll find Karasshi and Mishka here in Pearlfin Village. Amber is training recruits in Slingtail Pits to the northwest.
