This may seem obvious (thought it wasn't to me), but go north directly from where you complete the previous part of the quest to get to the pools of youth.

This quest gave me some trouble. The 'quote bubble' would disappear. Go to: 55 37, follow the stairs, talk to the Jerkcity-looking guy, fight some lions then collect the water.

If you're like me, and abandoned the quest to try to get a second chance at taming a Quilen, have no fear! Just run back to The Incursion base camp and Lorekeeper Vaeldrin will have it for you to pick up.

Okay, none of the prior comments were very helpful. The last one got me on the right path (what the heck is "jerkcity") but this quest was a pain. First, go to 55/38 stairs then straight ahead and you should see one of the red glowing traps slightly right and ahead that is bigger than the others. You need to cross that trap (does take about 20k HP) to 55/33 then over the small archway. It isn't really a bridge and will bring you to the pool.

Take the path to 497, 327. Head a titch north of directly east, up the hill. Nice shortcut.

For those who don't have cords, I will try and describe as much as possible. If your in the Ruins of Dojan, and you see the green circle, that's where you need to go. Exit out if you see a gravel path heading up, that's where you need to go. You should also see some candles on the right side of the hill. Pass the second candle and that's where you should be able to start heading up the rocks. I think there is more than one entrance to, its not the north one but the other one. Sorry if its not too clear.

If you have the quest to kill Dojani Dominator, once you have completed that if you look to your left; there is a big red spot, which when you walk over will take a little life and slow you down, for a few seconds. Once over that you're see a bridge that's where your quest The Polls of Youth is found.

Unintended I discovered a quick way to get through this as a hunter (which probably works for vanishers and shadowmelders too); Feigned death and the 4 quilen despawned, leaving the pools for me to pick up without the struggle of killing anything.

In the NW of the ruins of Dojan there's an npc Na Lek in a red bubble & spinning ribbon. Talk to it twice, it pops, & some quillens attack. They're v. Easy (for a 90) to kill. Then a whole rash of pools appear. You get a tool tip to click & that's it.

When u kill the 4 dogs, many purple void zones will appear in water. Right click on them.

The mogu list this as a "high value" target. Kang Bramblestaff will meet you there if he has not already arrived by your side.
