Here is the quest chain (Horde version) for 2011 Hallow's End. Quests take place in and around Orgrimmar, with one side trip to the Undercity:

1. Missing Heirlooms
2. Fencing the Goods
3. Shopping Around
4. Taking Precautions
5. The Collector's Agent
6. What Now?

"The entirety of this quest happens in Orgrimmar."
This is misleading.
The quest chain takes you from Undercity to Orgrimmar, to the docks near Orgrimmar, back to Orgrimmar, back to Undercity, then back to Orgrimmar again.
The entirety of this quest (last part of the chain) happens in Orgrimmar.

Whenever your crate kills a critter it counts for the critter kill squad achievement.

Not only does this crate eat critters, but also it will eat the Ashenvale Oaks when you are in range. You have to try it...my crate eats trees!

This quest chain IS doable during Hallows End 2012! However, due to CRZ and phasing, you may have trouble with the second quest in the chain (Fencing the Goods). Just follow your quest helper directly to the npc you need to speak with.

The chain is still the same oct 2013. Whole chain;

1) It starts at Edgar in the Valley of Strength Inn (he's standing under the stairs).
2) Go to the Bladefist Blade in north eastern corner of Durotar to find a dead orc on the ship.
3) Follow the spiders to Valley of Strength AH and question the guy til you complete the part.
4) Go to the "Droffer's and Son"'s hut in the Drag next to the alchemist hut. Wait for it to finish.
5) Get Strange Dust*2 (you can get them from enchanting suppliers in e.g Org & UC), Crystal Vial*5 (buy them from the Alchemist hut) and Blood Nettle*5 (picked by anyone in Valley of Wisdom, around the totem poles).
6) Go back to the Droffer's hut to turn in the quest, then go to Undercity and exit the city, go slighty east and you'll see a crate with a grey question mark above it. Wait til you can kill an NPC. Talk to the crate. Go back to Org (VoH or VoS) and turn in the quest.
7) Accept the quest from the crate.
8) Learn the crate pet you got in your bags. Congrats!
