While doing this quest, you're disguised as an SI:7 Operative. On the way to where you do the quest, you pass the Alliance entrance to AV. Talk to one of the vendors here to become hated with the Stormpike Guard and have it listed as Horde!

It does nothing, and you can't gain reputation with them as far as I can tell, but you'll have a neat faction on your rep window.

"You need to be in The Headland" to use the Water Barrel.

That's no fun.

Also as of 4.0.6, the NPC's outside and inside the AV entrance don't reward hated rep with Stormpike Guard. They have no rep at all it seems in the tooltip.

I did a realm-hop to help me with these series of quests, and when I went back to my realm, Lilith disappeared and I was unable to turn in this quest. I abandoned it, and walked around trying to get her to reappear but was unable to do so. It didn't stop me from getting the loremaster of the zone, but it was disappointing nonetheless.

This quest is offered by the banshee Lilith who will appear next to your character if you go to the area where you find the Stormpike Trainees.

You may need to leave the zone and return for her to show up.

Trying to complete this quest on 2/25/18 and she won't show up. I have left the area/zone and reentered multiple times. I am glad that a commenter said it didn't affect his ability to complete the loremaster. I guess I'll just give up *shrug*

If you're here because you've completed the quest but Lilith is not around to hand the quest into, log out and back in. Simple as that.

Use the Barrel of Water to Poison 30 Stormpike Trainees.

Description

As long as I am by your side the enemy will think of you as one of their own. Your newfound humanity, however, will not allow you to be reckless. If you draw attention to yourself the dwarves will grow suspicious and likely attack!

With that said, I have a plan. Take this barrel of poisoned water and use it to sate the thirst of the tired Stormpike trainees. Once they drink from it they will become deathly ill, eventually succumbing to the poison.
