Pretty straight forward. Hansel humorously punches the nightelf twilight ambassador over the side. While Maltorius did bubble and polymorphed Hansel.

Look left as you cross the se bridge and you will see Oilfist. jump down or use your new shinny trinket to reach him quickly.

Well Hansel did punch Twilight-Lord Arkkus over the side but I did not get credit for the kill, as caster I was at max range and engaged Maltorius.

After waiting for respawns I did kill them both and got credit for the kill this time.
So stay close to Hansel when he engages Arkkus

Despite the above comments, I had trouble finding him at first to turn in this quest. He is INSIDE the slag pit, but you must go back out the way you came in (unless there's an inside path I didn't find). The coordinates for the entry to the slag pit you must enter to be able to reach him are: 47.5/47.0

Enter the pit and turn right. He'll be standing on a ledge not far from the entry point.

You can can tiptoe the upper wall ledge instead of backing out of the balcony to quickly reach a close spot to jump down and turn in the quest. It's dark up there and you won't be able to see clearly where you are stepping, but it works okay.

The corridor the quest mentions is the one OPPOSITE the two guys you just killed. Just follow that all the way through.

If you are a Shaman don't do what I did. Sure enough, Hansel Heavyhands throws Arkkus off the balcony as stated above but I used Thunderstorm on Overseer Maltorius which threw him over the side also. Hansel Heavyhands went back to his starting position and I was standing there without any credit or mention that the quest was completed and without any Mobs in sight.

After a good minute I decided to go back to the quest giver and take it again. Just as I abandoned the quest both Arkkus and Malforius shot round the corner and proceeded to knock nine bells out of me. Hansel Heavyhands just stood there oblivious to what was happening. I died eventually and resurrected and had to take it a second time but it was not hard.

When I first did this quest some 7 years ago it was then a lot tougher when you had no help so a basic Shaman can easily complete it solo.

Speak with Hansel Heavyhands and help him assault Overseer Maltorius and Twilight-Lord Arkkus.

Description

Hansel and I came here on a secret mission: kill Overseer Maltorius. While our main goal still remains the same - defeating Archduke Calcinder - it can't hurt to take out the infamous overseer of the Slag Pit while we're here.

Problem is, Hansel was only prepared to fight one dwarf, but it looks like Maltorius has a visitor... an emissary from the Twilight's Hammer!

Speak with Hansel and help him out. Then proceed down this corridor and along the balcony outside to find Overseer Oilfist.
