Yep. Found the right side of the doll in the small single-story building and the other 2 parts upstairs in the other building.

For some reason it took me a few minutes to figure this out...

Right click any one of the doll pieces in your bag once you find all 3 parts, it will combine them to make the doll that you can then complete the quest with.

Judging from what other people are saying about this quest and this item, the parts spawn at somewhat random locations. I was looking all over for a piece that was supposed to be at the foot of the stairs before I checked the building next door and found it there.

If you can't figure out how to finish the quest just open up your bag once you have all the parts and right click on any part of it and you will sew together the doll and it will complete the quest for you then just return the doll to the little girl.

I found all 3 parts in the first building you come to on the right after talking to Pamela. One was downstairs and the other two upstairs. Beware a ghost comes up after you click on the part.

I found all three in the small building (not the one that is falling apart). You have to fight a spirit for every piece you pick up.

For some reason when you view this quest, and you aren't signed in to WoWhead, it says that the quest is obsolete, and that it can no longer be done..
It isn't true.. This quest is still very much do-able.

CRZ makes this painful. The spawn rate is really slow. 15 minutes for 3 pieces. I know it's not forever, but having done this on 10 or so toon already, it's just silly.

Zygor guides wanted me to stay in the foundation where the first piece (left side) was found. However, nothing happened there. I found the remaining two pieces in the nearby house, second floor.

I just did this quest now, and it's very much possible in patch 5.4.

There are three pieces of the doll you need to collect in nearby houses.

The locations of these pieces will NOT show up on your map's quest tracker, you need to look around for yourself.

If ghosts spawn and yell at you and tell you to leave, you're in the right area.

All of the pieces of the doll appear to spawn in the same places and have loose spawning rules. This allows all of the spawn locations to be filled with two of the pieces and prevent the third from spawning at all. If you get stuck needing the head or either side, drop the quest and pick up new pieces. Doing this two or three times will nearly guarantee a full set to spawn.

Just look through out Darrowmere at the three buildings. A ghost of the past will appear and you have to kill it first. No need to wait for a spawn timer.

Each piece can spawn in either building. If it's not in one check the other. I found all three pieces in the single story building.

This quest was seriously messed up today on Stormrage. There were, at one point, six of us running around Darrowshire trying to get all three pieces. All of us were at the same impasse: we could get 2 of the three, but the 3rd piece was just not spawning.

I tried abandoning the quest five times but had no luck getting that elusive 3rd piece. It was Left/Right but no Head, or Left/Head but no Right, etc.

The only way I could finish this quest was to realm hop to a low pop server and there I immediately found the last piece I needed.

This was the first and only time I have ever had such a huge problem with this quest. The spawn triggers need some serious work on highly populated servers.

I usually stay "impartial" while questing but today I felt deeply touched and sad, bringing tears to my eyes.

Whoever designed this quest did a pretty good to bring emotions into the adventure.

If you are doing this questline, even though it has changed a bit from its original version, its still one of the most powerful stories in WoW. Here is a video of a song Cranius made about the quest-line (this is not my song or video, this is not another one of those posts trying to boost someone's youtube hit count) - Its really well done and every wow player owes it to themselves to watch it :) It really makes me long for my days in Vanilla WoW.

I just did this quest today. At first, I was confused because nothing appeared on my map of where the quest should be completed. You need to go to Darrowshire and find the three different pieces of her doll: left side, right side, and head. Once you have all three pieces you can click on them in your bag and viola Pamela has her doll.

For whatever reason there are zero quest indications for this one. Search the two buildings (the ones with a roof) on the village close to the questgiver and you should find all 3 parts of the doll. Combine all 3 and you're done.

This sad quest is perhaps bugged. Found lots of doll pieces which I was not able to loot due to they "already being used"?... Got at last to pick up three doll pieces and combine them.

All 3 parts are in the same place in Darrowshire. The location is the damaged open house with chimney at 35.49, 85.32. Each time you click a part, it will cause a ghost to appear that you need to defeat.

Spawn rate is now fine, with parts appearing in all three buildings. Check your bags to see which pieces you have as you collect them. Once you have:

Left Side
Right Side
Head

Right-click one of them to combine.

Note that you will still see specific pieces spawn even though you've collected them already, and you'll get no indication to say you have all the parts you need. Collecting a part you already have pops up a message to say there's nothing to loot - the quest is not bugged, keep looking for the other parts.

Description

My auntie Marlene told me to stay here in our house because my father had to go and fight. My father's the bravest man in the whole world!

But I've been here for a long time, and he hasn't come for me. Sometimes bad people come and whisper to me and I want my dad to make them go away, but he's not here!

And sometimes when it gets dark I want to play with my doll but I can't because I left it in town.
