Most likely a reference to "The Soup Nazi" in the TV show Seinfeld, in one of the most memorable episodes ever.

The character ran a soup shop with extreme discipline, and whenever someone didn't perform to his unusually high standards he would yell "No soup for you!" and kick them out.

You will find a LOT of weapon racks on the main mesa of Darkcloud Pinnacle, so don't worry about there not being many on the first few mesas.

I had problems to find her to turn this quest in, she was at cave in 39, 26.

Freewind Brave seems to despawn after you complete the Arikara quest chain, so if you have not completed this quest by then, there appears to be no way to turn it in (or the other "along the way to Arikara" quests).

I've got a support ticket in to a GM on it, but I think I'll probably have to wind up abandoning the quest although it's marked "Complete".

This is the most frustrating quest I have hit yet. I have been screwing around for almost an hour trying to find a weapons rack. There are three other players hanging around up there doing the same thing. The creatures respawn every two seconds it seems, and the weapons rack don't ever sem to respawn. As far as I can tell, this quest cannot be completed unless you are the ONLY player doing it. On the plus side, I got a few good drops from the 1-200 fights it hit while trying futiley to find one more weapons racks.

"I sure you must have a torch or something." IGNORE this comment in the quest description. You do not need anything. These are ordinary weapon rackets and you just gear-click them and they burn.

For anyone having trouble finding weapon racks be aware that they aren't highlighted the way most quest objects are these days making them a little harder to find.
