10 Minutes, not hours. Check the little puddle of water with a stone in it near the very back of the cave.

Take Sharpbeak up to Jinta'Alor. At the end of the tunnel go to the right. When you come to the theater, look to the right, you can see the cave.

This chick has a long respawn time. She's in the pond in the cave. Veer right. I saw someone kill her as I got there, and it took 10-15 minutes for her to respawn.

I used to really like these quests because you'd receive a whole bunch of quests at once and then can go in jintha'alor and do them all at once, was great for leveling.

But now after cataclysm for some reason Blizzard think it's better to do a couple quests, then go clear back to the camp and return them, get a few more quests, then back to jintha'alor, then back to camp, etc. I think you do it about 4 or 5 times.

Really really annoying now.

Kill Morta'gya the Keeper and obtain the Tablet of Shadra.

Description

Shadra the spider loa... the venom queen, a spirit of darkness and death! If there's been a sacrifice, they're trying to bring her forth as a last-ditch effort.

If the Vilebranch are performing rituals, I'm not going to let them finish.

Check the cave behind the altar at the top of Jintha'Alor. Deep within it, one of Shadra's keepers might still be lurking. Kill her and take whatever she carries back here so we can know what's going on.
