If you are mining and complete this quest, Twilight Riot, there will not be as many Obsidium nodes anymore to find. Commander Jarod Shadowsong will be freed and flying drakes become hostile and zone is phased out.

if youre like me and felt like hitting something after the button you hit didnt give you a "point" in the "10" speeches you have to make and had to wait for the (massive) CD (for having to say a few words), literally look at the crowd.

Motivate (purple): while they're sitting
Enrage (red): fight pose, yelling animation, "no" animation
Insane (yellow): they're laughing

This quest is required in order for Commander Jarod Shadowsong to be visible inside the Molten Front. He's one of the NPCs needed for the Fireside Chat achievement.

When you accept this quest Elementalist Ortell runs up, apparently finished in the Outhouse Hideout, and takes advantage of the riot that followed the Graduation Speech.

Elementalist Ortell yells: Yes, my brethren! We are claiming this prisoner for the True Sons of the Twilight! These ogre scum are not fit to offer him as sacrifice! They are not worthy of the Old Gods' grace!

Elementalist Ortell says: Come on now commander. Let's get you out of here. <name>, meet us at the Gates of Sothann -- Ysera awaits!

Meanwhile the Twilight Enforcers keep battling with the Twilight Initiates, and yelling:

Twilight Enforcer yells: Agghh! So many of them!
Twilight Enforcer yells: I knew the puny ones weren't to be trusted! Smash them!
Twilight Enforcer yells: You runts want to riot? I'll show you!

Commander Jarod Shadowsong becomes Commander Jarod Shadowsong and runs off with Ortell to be Commander Jarod Shadowsong.

The easiest way to know what option you need to chose is reading what the initiates say, for example:

When they "yawn" you need to Inspire them (pink option)
When they say something like "blood!" you must incite them (red option)
And if they say something crazy like "the end is coming" use the yellow option (yeah that one was quite obvious)

Note: dont pay atention to what they yell, its irrelevant.
