Then in the next month THE VERY SAME PEOPLE will be like "tHiS gAMe hAs n0th1nG tO Do!1!11!"
I can't believe there is people who call this nerf "Fun Detected"idk what part of this is considered fun ? xDI do my weekly Quest and get huge 2700+ rep or so at once and slowly get to max rep become Best Friend with Wraithion while having actual Fun.The only Rep Farm I did this expansion was the Cobalt Assembly and that is coz it's really fun to play with power ups and become a GOD ! it's basically Open World torghast and it only take 1.5 hour of having fun with Power ups before u get Rank 4 rep :Drunning around same spot kill same mob in same way for hours to get some rep farm done in a week instead of slowly weekly, is the opposite of fun.
What's the point of nerfing it ? This will become irrelevant once M+ comes out ... People already grinded the f*** out of this and hit their gear. The last 20 to 30% don't care. At least, people are engaged in their mind numbing game and doing something while everything is locked for no ****ing reason, except to milk to 2 weeks worth of subs. Let it have a good launch and spare us this bs. There are far worse issues with the game going on right now ..
Roll back all the rep they exploited, you wont blizzard. Youll just let them be ahead while the rest of us get screwed. as always.
I don't understand this and the Cobalt nerf. People are only going to feel like mindlessly grinding mobs for rep if it is "worth it." Right now, before raids and mythic+, spending a couple hours grinding is "worth it." Next week, when we can spend our time getting much more/higher ilvl rewards, the grind even BEFORE the nerf wouldn't be considered "worth it" to most people. Now that it'll take 4-8 hours of Cobalt grinding and who knows how many for wrathion and his broski... I just won't even bother. I know some of you are saying that you wanted this nerf so that you "could just turn in a quest once a week." Well for many of us, we don't want that weekly chore either. We want to finish the rep grind and NEVER touch it again. Why? Because weekly/daily quests and chores aren't fun for us. It isn't what we pay a subscription fee to do. We want to enjoy mythic+, raiding, or pvp with our friends. Not grind out reps and do chores.
Come on, it's not that fun was detected. They fear the time played metric will fall. Can't have you completing things too quick, gotta squeeze as many hours as they can out of you!
So once again, people who abuse stuff early win, and everyone else pays the price.
This is messed up. Everyone who took their time gets screwed. They should at least make it a daily thing with a large reward. PeriodT.
This was an unneeded nerf. I haven't even started the grind yet, but I've always had the opinion that if people want to spend 2 days straight grinding out the rep, let them. Or if they're like me and take half the expansion to do it slowly, that's ok too. Once they're done the grind, they move on, it's not like they'll be doing it forever, so why nerf it.
Gotta love it. Thanks blizzard... People with no life or twitch streamers can take advantage of your bugs and then normal people who have jobs cant. By the time they get to start a grind you make that grind even harder. Stop doing this, if you mess up and lots of people benefitted then leave it.
You have 2+ years to grind those reps why people get so crazy for this issue?
.
I just love how so many here did a reputation that is build around weekly quests by grinding the one repeatable quest over and over for an entire week and then complain that "the grind" is mindnumbingly boring. Yeah, no $%^&. You're supposed to do these quests weekly and you leveled by handing in the extra quest that's intended to be a small extra gain thousands of times. Stop acting like this is supposed to be an extreme rep grind. It's not, you're just dumb.
