This is what the community has become, bunch of crybabies that expect handouts. WoW is probably the MMO with the LEAST amount of grinding out there. Also unless you are fighting for WF grinding is irrelevant to you, cause doing a couple quests each week is NOT grinding.
I just hope there is a reason/reward other than grinding a currency. After I got glad this season I didn't do a single thing in the Maw. It's just too lame and annoying. And 200 conduits on alts is just a given at this point. Min-maxing requires too much tedious grinding with RANDOM conduit procs and too much Stygia for sockets. And you need to travel back and forth between Venari and Sanctum for the conduits...
Just give us the conduits and have them scale based on item level bench marks. No one wants to waste there time collecting them just like no one wanted to collect essences on alts.
Is the new reputation progress going to be account wide from the beginning? Or we going the same blizzard way of delaying QoL changes just to milk more subs?
Is this the only way to get higher level conduits or does other content drop them like it does now?
This game is more and more %^&*....
My biggest gripe to this day with this system isn't that it exists as it does. The fact this system exists as the primary way for Jewelcrafting to even have any reason to exist, is my problem.A profession's value that is flat-out dictated by the willingness for players to grind out a pricey consumable, to add a single socket to a single item, that won't be used until it is a BiS drop, so that a JC can sell a single gem... is frankly insulting to any active JC in the playerbase.I'm not typically one to want things "the way they used to be"... but the one thing that WAS better before, was how sockets were handled. I'd happily go back to colour-matching for a multi-socket stat bonus, at the expense of a slightly lower amount of secondary stats on the item's base. It would give the profession back the purpose of it's primary consumable it crafts. Enchanting, Alchemy, and Cooking, haven't had their main function relegated to RNG or Grind-heavy functions, so why did Jewelcrafting get the shaft?
you can target most conduits by doing killing specifing raid bosses or hitting required pvp rating tho.
idk why everyone is crying. Remember that expansion you hold in such high regard, WoTLK? You had to do sons of hodir rep to get shoulder enchants. This is the same, if you dont like this, MMOs may not be the games for you.
Are people seriously crying about one mandatory rep grind in mmo? And it's not even mandatory if you are not pushing mythic raid or high m+ keystones. We need to have something to grind in mmo, Shadowlands had way too few grinds and that's bad
Just make sure you use your stygia to socket all candidate legendaries you might have now
