Whoever did vereesa and uther's transmog sets sucks they do not match at all

My man Uther just came from Torghast but swapped up the shoulders to say "It's not a complete set"
that armor looks awfully nonmatching or fitting..come on did they even had one senior designer look over them before signing them off?

Instead of ragging on the mismatched mog pieces, what if this alternate Dark timeline, Uther the Deathbringer simply couldn't get his grubby hands on a shoulder piece that matched the rest of his armor...? šMight be a purpose to the madness... And I for one would love to see a Dark timeline where our beloved characters have been warped from what we know, not just in a single dungeon (Light/Void expansion perhaps?)
Vereesa might be the scenario of Sylvanas succeeding with her plan to turn her sisters to undead.
Most of Death Knights TIer Sets look terrible. So there are not much possibilites for Uther as a Death Knight.

Who is making these mogs for these NPCs and why are they afraid of using full sets?
Alright, we can all agree that the transmogs for both Uther and Vereesa were most likely done by an amateur or just generated randomly, but lorewise, just what the heck has Vereeesa and Kul Tiras in common? Why would she have and emblem of an anchor on her hood?
Uther is like "MAN, 47 WEEKS FARMING THIS BOSS AND TIER SHOULDERS HAVEN'T DROPPED EVEN ONCE!"
They couldn't atleast give the models matching armour?
