How It Works:

3 trees total per class with 2 trees that can be swapped between per spec.

System automatically unlocks at 71.

Earn 1 talent point per level from level 71-80.

10 talents in total with several choice nodes.

Extremely low friction for respeccing.

Mountain Thane for Warriors

Dark Rangers for Hunters

Keeper of the Grove for Druids - Take inspiration from the mighty Keepers of the Grove to protect the balance and safeguard the Dream. Channel overwhelming natural power into your spells and summon enhanced treants to protect your allies and crush your enemies.

Elune's Chosen for Druids - Dedicate yourself to the Moon Goddess, increasing your control over the moon and stars. Infuse your abilities with astral might and call down potent lunar magic from the sky.

LIVE OUT YOUR CLASS FANTASY – New Hero Talents for each class specialization will provide players a way to progress their characters with evergreen self-contained talent trees that also infuse class fantasy flavor inspired by iconic Warcraft universe archetypes such as a Mountain Thane for Warriors or a Dark Ranger for Hunters.

Unless we obtain those powers via a race we will meet/interact with heavily and in that process learn of their cultural fighting traditions I don't see why none Dwarven/Hm Tauren would suddenly learn these powers.
