Drop is 820 which requires you to be near the level 100's . 95 plus. Also there are mulitple other ss of people on reddit. Sadly the cap is not Green like the old days of D2. It's red sadly.
Assuming more of these will drop as more and more people hit 100 and actually are in the level range of getting the drop, but still exciting to see a drop that is rare enough that there is actually some level of prestige to having it, instead of them just throwing every piece of gear ever at us like they did in diablo 3.
man just how bad itemization of D4 is.They still had D2 as a king in a genre with it's itemization. Just do D2 itemization D3 combat and etc as was promised.But hell no it is D3 all over again.
Perhaps Uniques really do have a really low drop rate, making them feel truly unique? Though they also have rolls on them, but still, good items. You still have imprints and things to roll with. Celebration to them, I know I 'd love a shako in D4.

I saw a build for Necro that used this as it's best in slot. I'll just say, if your build requires one of the rarest and best equips in the game to even function, its a bad build.
