Classic WoW Beta: Content Unlocked in Level 31-40 Range

Once you reach level 200 in Blacksmithing and are at least level 40, you’ll be able to specialize in Armorsmithing or a Weaponsmithing. These quests lead to rewards like Plans: Blazing Rapier or Signet of Expertise. Learn more in the Specialization section in the Blacksmithing Guide.

Once you reach skill level 225 and are at least level 40, you'll be eligible to choose a Leatherworking specialty.
Elemental Leatherworking is generally considered best for Leather Agility users and has a lot of resistance gear.

Dragonscale Leatherworking is best for Mail users.

Tribal Leatherworking is considered good for Agility Intellect users, but also has resistance gear and the powerful Devilsaur Armor set for melee DPS.
