Pre-launch at the latest-- they could even add it to a patch 7.3.6 in a couple months to keep people playing in the long wait with no new content.
No question in my mind that the Mag'har and Dark Iron Dwarves will be appearing as allied races before you access KT/Zand. In fact, I think they'll be integral to the actual pre-launch story. Like how with Legion, we spent time with Khadgar and Dalaran, in this case we're going to be meeting the DID/M'h, and then once we're done with that pre-launch story, we will have the opportunity to run the Ally scenario. I'm predicting these allied races to be released around the end of may. The only thing they haven't done for these two races are : tabards, the ram mount (but since they've added its title, I'm betting the model is ready to be shipped in the next patch), and the Mag'har racials. Adding them in two months and a half seems reasonable, it would be 6 months after Antorus release, and about 3 months before BFA, giving us time to level these alts and be ready to play BFA content, along with keeping our monthly subscriptions until then.My prediction is this : may/june Mag'har orcs and Dark Iron Dwarves, 8.0 (once the war campaign is completed), Kul'tiran and Zandalari, 8.1 Vulpera (and the opposite faction's race, maybe Sethrakk). In 8.2 probably another old content race, I'm thinking Broken/undead elf.
If the Dark Iron core hound is the racial mount for the dark iron dwarves then it is basically confirmed that both rams that were datamined earlier are the paladin mounts for both dark iron AND normal dwarves.

We're a few days off from April Fool's Day. What's up with that half Core Hound? Did they show us that too early? That's just as much a joke model as the female Draenei "Rework" was that they showed us last year. Glad to see Dark Irons MAY come out sooner than later, but I'm definitely not riding that Core Half if that's real. Paladin or bust anyway.

With the new Ram mount for dwarven Paladins... I kind wish they would update the Draenei's mount too, both LF and Exodar Draenei Paladin still use the old Elekk Model (instead of the new one that came out since WoD or the LF Draenei mount). Heck, LF Draenei doesn't even have their own paladin mount!Speaking of which, most of Paladin racial class mounts still use old models...
Kinda disappointed by that corehound. Was expecting a mole-machine-hot-rod xD
