As a huge mage fan, I think the Polymorph may have been my favorite, although the Murloc was pretty great too.
I want to see a pepe easter egg in the next movie :P
I noticed Hellscream a lot towards the end but missed Kilrogg. I thought it was weird that Grommash didn't really have any importance, but maybe that was an intended decision deriving from this expansion's focus on him. Overall I loved the movie. Took my wife to see it who doesn't know anything about wow for the most part and she loved it. Now she wants to read the durotan novel because she liked his character.
I think venturebeat has a similar article that states that in the background of one scene you can see Guldan talking to Mannoroth. I missed this and don't know if it is true but hopefully someone can verify this soon.
Also saw kogath bladefist of shattered hand clan along with grom. Missed kilrog deadeye
Hmmm...I didn't catch Mannoroth either on both viewings. I do remember Bladefist now and remembered that his weapon is visible in the props video, so I'll add him in.
Kargath can be seen coming through the portal in the final battle as well. Complete with the Bladefist!
it also showed Kargath pretty well when Gul'dan is after Lothar after Lothar kills Blackhand, he stand into Gul'dan's path and I was like "omg, it's kargath!"
I admit I missed dome of these when I watched the movie, but I remember them now having read this. Great movie for the fans.
Great movie! The talks of the Black Morass make me remember the dungeon, where we pretty much guarantee the orcs coming through the portal at the beginning of the movie, and when the orcs come out of the water and nobody's there, Medivh is flying away and we've already left the instance group. The tie ins were amazing!
I liked how the final version of the Warcraft logo ended up being similar to the box set for the first game. Specifically with the black background fading into orange at the bottom. Also, is the room where everything happened with Medivh supposed to be the room where we fight netherspite?
Found the shot of the warlords of draenor all together.https://i.redd.it/p8a53hjhax0x.png
There is also Killrog Deadeye. Its the big ginger orc that crushed that soldiers neck during the fight under portal. You can clearly see he´s missing left eye when Gul´dan hands him his staff in the beggining of the movie, after they cross the portal.
Are you sure about the credit music? In the international version of the film it's the Ramin Djawadi main theme of the movie that plays at least .The "boomstick" actually has nothing to do with the game. Rather it's an homage to Sam Raimi (the first director tied to the film). In Raimi's Evil Dead movies the main character calls his shotgun his "boomstick".Duncan Jones has talked about this in interviews.
Yeah, it's after the fancy spell effects/main credits are over.
