I remember looking at achievements in 10.0, and immediately knew "Storm Chaser" would be a pain. So I started doing it asap.FInally finished it in 10.2, most of it was done when only 1 storm was active, but the spawn behaviour is such garbage. The ratio of storms in Thaldrazus vs Ohnaran Plains was about 10/1 imo (although, I didn't grind them 24/7, moreso a few times a week). And then you need to get lucky that it's one you're missing? &*!@ that. Spent ages checking world map for the last storm (in OP ofc ^^)I really hope blizz patches the storms with a fixed rotation for the sake of all other players, who didn't start earlier with progressing "Storm Chaser".Also pls, for the love of god, increase the forbidden reach scroll drop rate, reduce number of scrolls needed or remove the scroll achieve entirely from the meta. It's more a chore than fun.
I dont see any changes tbh. Still azure span every 2-3 time. Just add more storms
What i hate is you have to spam this ^&*! for the Lariat recipe if your not going to spend the ridiculous amount of gold for it on the AH. If i'm going to spam something Make it Raids, and Mythic Plus. But these storms get old really damn quick. No one should have to make spamming these things a 2nd job in a vain hope to get that damn recipe. I would of rather spent 18 tokens from the vault, that is 3 weeks, to get the recipe.
You're all complaining about nothing, here is the storm rotation from the Storm Chaser achievement page:Rotation: The Azure Span > The Azure Span > The Azure Span > The Azure Span > The Azure Span > The Azure Span > The Azure Span > The Waking Shores > The Azure Span > The Azure Span > The Azure Span > Thaldraszus (the one you already have) > The Azure Span > The Azure Span > The Azure Span > The Azure Span > The Waking Shores > The Waking Shores (its the same type as the previous one) > The Azure Span > The Azure Span > Ohn'ahran Plains (FINALLY, oh wait, its the one you already have.)Working as intended... right?
pretty much all the storms in last 12 hours except for the current one have been in azure span... when there were 2 spawns it likely wasnt felt as much but looking at the results above
Having some randomness is okay, but ridiculously skewed distribution is clearly a bug.
I can agree on this, gotten loads of spawns in Azure Span while the spawn rates in the 3 other zones close to none, they seriously need to fix the spawn rates and make them more equal instead of spamfest in Azure Span
