The Traveler's Tundra Mammoth mount now also sells most 9g Crafting Reagents for Shadowlands.

For maximum reputation discount you need exalted with the Night Fae and head to Ardenweald, where it's sold by: Evarius, Oridor, Evarius.

Alternatively head to the Jewelcrafting trainer/supplies in whichever capital city you are exalted with. The vendor in Oribos, and the mount, have no reputation discounts. If you are horde, and have a Goblin, then the further discount applies.

For some reason, there are no vendors in the other 3 covenant zones /sigh.

Edit: pick up some Orboreal Shard there too, if you are crafting Legendary rings/necklaces, as these are only sold in Ardenweald and Bastion with discount. You can buy shards in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market (Zo'pare) and Oribos, but you will pay the full price of 125g and may find them at a cheaper price on the Auction House.

Wait, so this is sold in Orgrimmar, thus available for any level Horde player - but it is not sold anywhere in Stormwind?

Step it up, Blizzard! You can at least pretend you like both factions equally, they are after all your creations. :-[
