Impact of Dragonflight Season 1 Tier Set for Blood Death Knight

Much like all expansions where tier sets were available from day 1, our very first tier set is somewhat boring and passive.

The two piece effect causes you to have a 20% chance to recover one rune when losing a Bone Shield charge. Tombstone, when used with 5 Bone Shield charges, is a guaranteed chance to refund one rune.
The four-piece effect grants you 10% haste, damage and healing after 10 Bone Shield have been consumed.

Both of these effects are somewhat in line with other tank tier sets, with the notable caveat that you need to get hit to benefit from them. As a result, the relative strength of the set differs radically between encounters (due to forced tank swaps or one specific Vault of the Incarnates boss not consuming Bone Shield due to not having an auto attack...), during periods of cooldowns (Dancing Rune Weapon reduces your chances to consume Bone Shield charges while it is up), and between content types (you are much more likely to consume Bone Shield charges on cooldown in Mythic+ than in raids).

Nevertheless, it is a pretty decent bonus. It just sucks that there are so many caveats to it and one specific case where it is literally worth near-zero value.

The first proper content wave in Dragonflight brings with it a number of trinkets - new and old - for us to play with. AMZ should be taken instead of Grip of the Dead for M+.
Heartbreaker is overkill on the RP. Rune Tap + FB would be better, even if FB is trivial.
