Poção Elemental Fugaz do Poder Extremo: Drink to increase your primary stat by 166 / 182 / 219 for 45 sec.

It is currently unknown what "Progression Reagent" means, as the cauldron currently cannot be tested, but this looks like to be a "contribution" cauldron similar to the Caçarola de Sopa de Pedra Vazia from Shadowlands.
