While you're adventuring in The Ringing Deeps you'll probably spot the Blocked Intake treasure in The Waterworks area. When you interact with it, you'll start a puzzle where you have to move tiles horizontally and vertically until you established a connection from the pipe on the left to the one on the right side. When you solved the puzzle, the Dislodged Blockage will be revealed with the Blightbud battle pet inside.

Blizzard if a panel can move two directions, why wont you let me choose which one?

You will frequently need to break connections you want to keep to block other pieces from going a particular natural direction and/or make room for pieces in a different section of the puzzle. If a piece only goes up and down, you need to move another piece into that slot to block it's movement and force it another way. Once you get the other piece into place, you can move the other pipes back. Clicking around and experimenting is the best method here. Don't be too worried about your moves. Not all nodes of the pipes need to connect to something, you just need one connected path from the main left and right horizontal pipes. I did mine in a path around the bottom of the puzzle. Sadly, I didn't realize it would disappear as soon as I solved it or I would've done a screenshot.

This is fairly straight forward. Think of the puzzle board as an excel grid type like so:

| A1 | B1 | C1 | D1 | E1 | F1 | G1 |
| A2 | B2 | C2 | D2 | E2 | F2 | G2 |
etc..

where the first A1 square is actually the blank on the top left, then the answer is as follows:

A6 moves to A7,
A5 moves to A6,
A4 moves to A5,
A3 moves to A4,
A2 moves to A3,
B2 moves to A2,
B3 moves to B2,
B4 moves to B3,
B5 moves to B4,
B6 moves to B5,
G2 moves to G1,
G3 moves to G2,
G4 moves to G3,
F4 moves to G4.

The red pipe is connected to the.. red pipe. The blue pipe is connected to the.. blue pipe. The yellow pipe is connect to the.. yellow pipe!

Got annoyed so made a weakaura that overlays the steps by number - stilll figuring out the correct condition to load it so right now itll load on any vehicle ui in the ringing deeps. https://wago.io/hllMVjZ5Z

This was actually a fun puzzle... ONCE I FIGURED OUT HOW TO MOVE THINGS. I though I needed to rotate or swap, but nothing happened on clicking anything. So for whoever is having the same issue, the corners, where there's empty spaces, is where you can move adjacent blocks. From there just click to slide them into the empty spaces to make room and re adjust pieces. Just be wary, if a piece has 2 slots where it can move, you can't choose which one, so if it's not moving where you want to you'll have to block that spot with another piece so the one you want will move where you want.

Interestingly, I went there and there where squares with a "lock" symbol, I also could not move any piece. There has to be a quest related, that allows you to do this puzzle, but I didn't find which quest it is yet. Granted I didn't do all side quests and mainly aimed at completing the main campaign so far.

This is based on the game Toobz. But there any arrangement works that doesn’t leave uncapped pipe ends and that delivers water to the edges of the puzzle.

Ended up completing it using the bottom half. There's videos but it actually was easier than I thought.

This comment is for the one near the Waterworks Delve. You are trying to make the pipes GREEN, and I suggest you try solving from left to right. I didn't write down the exact pieces to move, but I can tell you that the solution was complete in the top half of the puzzle. Can't tell you what's inside, as I lost the treasure writing this comment (D'OH!).

For those wondering how to move the pieces, you need to click on them to move through the blank spaces. The corners are the places where they are initially blank.
You need to connect the two pipes that are outside the square.

I'm not sure why you can't choose where the piece goes if it has 2 options. I got into a spot where the piece would move left, which didn't finish the puzzle, rather than down which would have finished the puzzle. Yikes
