Ok so this was annoying to figure out.

The bow and the spear are in the dungeon, you can pick them up from the third bosses. Then bring them back to Teerakai town outside of the dungeon at the Teerakai flightpath. There is a hand in for the other dungeon quest and nearby there is another tomb which has a spear in it already. Behind this is the entrance to a second tomb that has a spot on the ground for the bow and Maruuk's spear. Coords /way 40.38, 59.58 to the second tomb.

To save you the same annoyance as the instructions are clear as mud:

Pick up the bow (and spear) INSIDE the dungeon - don't forget to grab any drops.
Dropping off to place them is OUTSIDE the dungeon, inside a Kurgan. Entrance is /way 40.33, 59.50
Enter the tomb and its the chamber at the end, on the right hand side. The spear is on the left. If you have completed everything their ghosts will appear to thank you.

You get the Teera's Bow and Maruuk's Spear inside the dungeon, and you can place them both OUTSIDE the dungeon. So you only need to do the dungeon to get them.

The cords people are giving you above are wrong. The correct cords to the entrance of the cave where you place both of those items are 40/60. One right side as you go in the cave, and the other to the left side.

You don't actually pick up the items - or at least they don't show in your bags. I was sure I had missed the drop but decided to try to place them any way and it worked.
