- Overview – Players initially face a set of Fel Iron Summoners that call servants of the Legion into Draenor. After their defeat, Gul'dan resurrects Mannoroth. When Mannoroth reaches 65% and 30% health, Gul'dan overcharges the Fel Spires to further empower the pit lord.
In Mythic difficulty, Gul'dan reclaims the Fel power from the Fel Iron Summoners to resurrect Mannoroth, keeping the Doom Lord's Fel Spire intact.
- Damage Dealers –
Avoid triggering [Mark of Doom] while standing near your allies.
Once Mannoroth is resurrected, group up for [Mannoroth's Gaze].
When Mannoroth is at full strength, avoid being pushed off by [Shadowforce].
After Gul'dan fully empowers Mannoroth, avoid damage from the [Empowered Fel Hellstorm]. - Healers –
Avoid triggering [Mark of Doom] while standing near your allies.
Once Mannoroth is resurrected, group up for [Mannoroth's Gaze] and prepare to dispel it when appropriate.
When Mannoroth is at full strength, heal allies being pushed off by [Shadowforce].
After Gul'dan fully empowers Mannoroth, avoid damage from the [Empowered Fel Hellstorm]. - Tanks –
During the initial phase, only Doom Lords need to be tanked.
Once Mannoroth is resurrected be prepared for[Glaive Combo].
When Mannoroth is at full strength, avoid the [Fel Hellstorm].
After Gul'dan fully empowers Mannoroth, avoid damage from the [Empowered Fel Hellstorm].
Stage One: The Legion's Might
Fel Iron Summoners leverage the power of the Fel Spires and unleash the Legion into this world.
In Mythic difficulty, Gul'dan reclaims the Fel power from the Fel Iron Summoners to resurrect Mannoroth, keeping the Doom Lord's Fel Spire intact.
- Curse of the Legion – When Curse of the Legion is removed it inflicts 11929 Shadow damage to the target and summons a Doom Lord at the location.
- Doom Lord – Doom Lords are created when the [Curse of the Legion] expires or is dispelled.
- Doom Spike – Melee Attacks cause Doom Spike. Doom Spike stacks, inflicting 50000 Shadow damage for each stack of Doom Spike when it is removed.
- Explosive Doom Spike – Inflicts Shadow damage to allies within 30 yards.
- Mark of Doom – Marks the target with Doom. Upon taking damage Mark of Doom will detonate inflicting 10353 Shadow to allies within 20 yards. If the Mark expires naturally then the target is Doomed.
- Shadow Bolt Volley – Inflicts 8521 Shadow damage to all nearby enemies.
- Fel Imp-losion – Inflicts 1704 Fire damage to enemies within 3 yards, summoning a Fel Imp at the location of the explosion.
- Fel Imp – Fel Imps are created at the location of the [Fel Imp-losion]'s impact.
- Fel Blast – Inflicts 2386 Fire damage to enemies within 3 yards.
- Phase Blink – When the Fel Imp reaches full mana it will teleport the caster to a random nearby destination.
- Phase Explosion – The Fel Imp's Phase Blink causes a Phase Explosion. Inflicting 8521 Arcane damage to enemies within 15 yards.
- Inferno – Inflicts 5177 Fire damage to enemies within 10 yards and creates a Dread Infernal at the location.
- Dread Infernal – Dread Infernals are created at the location of the [Inferno]'s impact.
- Fel Streak – The Dread Infernal charges to a random location, inflicting 5177 Fire damage to enemies within 8 yards of the target location.
- Fel Hellfire – Inflicts 2764 Fire damage to enemies within 10 yards every 1 sec for 10 sec.
Stage Two: The Resurrection
Gul'dan harnesses the power of a Fel Spire to resurrect Mannoroth, destroying the Fel Spire and closing the portal to the Doom Lords.
- Curse of the Legion – When Curse of the Legion is removed it inflicts 11929 Shadow damage to the target and summons a Doom Lord at the location.
- Doom Lord – Doom Lords are created when the [Curse of the Legion] expires or is dispelled.

- Glaive Combo – Mannoroth unleashes a brutal flurry of Glaive Thrusts and a Massive Blast.
- Glaive Thrust – Inflicts 22899 Physical damage, piercing armor and inflicting Puncture Wound. Puncture Wound does not apply to tanks using Active Mitigation.
- Puncture Wound – Inflicts 4141 Physical damage every 1 sec for 10 sec.
- Massive Blast – Inflicts 22777 Shadow damage to the target, knocking them back and causing them to take 300% increased damage from Massive Blast for 45 sec.
- Fel Hellstorm – Mannoroth calls down a Fel Hellstorm! The Fel Hellstorm affects enemies within 30 yards. The Hellstorm inflicts 26 Fire damage to enemies within 6 yards of the impact location.
- Mannoroth's Gaze – Mannoroth's Gaze horrifies the target for 4 sec, inflicting 350 Shadow damage to enemies within 8 yards, splitting damage to all players when removed.
- Felseeker – Mannoroth unleashes consecutive blasts in quick succession, dealing damage and knocking back enemies hit with Felseeker. The first inflicts 79 in a small radius, then 89 in a medium radius, and finally 131 Fire damage within a large radius of the area.
Stage Three: True Power
Gul'dan harnesses the power of a Fel Spire to return Mannoroth to his true form, destroying the Fel Spire and closing the portal to the Fel Imps.
- Inferno – Inflicts 5177 Fire damage to enemies within 10 yards and creates a Dread Infernal at the location.
- Dread Infernal – Dread Infernals are created at the location of the [Inferno]'s impact.
- Fel Streak – The Dread Infernal charges to a random location, inflicting 5177 Fire damage to enemies within 8 yards of the target location.
- Fel Hellfire – Inflicts 2764 Fire damage to enemies within 10 yards every 1 sec for 10 sec.

- Wrath of Gul'dan – Wrath of Gul'dan causes Gripping Shadows on the nearest ally every 1 sec. Each player hit by Gripping Shadows reduces the stack of Wrath of Gul'dan.
- Gripping Shadows – Inflicts 1023 Shadow damage and increases damage taken by Gripping Shadows by 25% for 15 sec. This effect stacks.
Stage Four: EMPOWERMENT!
Gul'dan harnesses the power of a Fel Spire to Empower Mannoroth, destroying the Fel Spire and closing the portal to the Dread Infernals.
- Fel Imp-losion – Inflicts 1704 Fire damage to enemies within 3 yards, summoning a Fel Imp at the location of the explosion.
- Fel Imp – Fel Imps are created at the location of the [Fel Imp-losion]'s impact.
- Fel Blast – Inflicts 2386 Fire damage to enemies within 3 yards.
- Phase Blink – When the Fel Imp reaches full mana it will teleport the caster to a random nearby destination.
- Phase Explosion – The Fel Imp's Phase Blink causes a Phase Explosion. Inflicting 8521 Arcane damage to enemies within 15 yards.
- Mannoroth – Mannoroth has been Empowered beyond comprehension!
- Empowered Shadowforce – Mannoroth begins to channel Empowered Shadowforce, pushing players off the platform and inflicting 8 Shadow damage every 1 sec.
- Empowered Glaive Combo – Mannoroth unleashes a Brutal flurry of Empowered Glaive Thrusts and an Empowered Massive Blast.
- Empowered Glaive Thrust – Inflicts 22899 Physical damage to all enemies in front of Mannoroth, piercing armor and inflicting Puncture Wound. Puncture Wound does not apply to tanks using Active Mitigation.
- Puncture Wound – Inflicts 4141 Physical damage every 1 sec for 10 sec.
- Empowered Massive Blast – Inflicts 22777 Shadow damage to the target, knocking them back. The Empowered Massive Blast causes three waves of Massive Blast to move across the platform.
In Mythic difficulty, Empowered Massive Blast stuns the target.
- Empowered Fel Hellstorm – Mannoroth calls down an Empowered Fel Hellstorm! The Hellstorm increases in intensity over time.
- Empowered Mannoroth's Gaze – Empowered Mannoroth's Gaze horrifies the target for 4 sec, inflicting 350 Shadow damage to enemies within 8 yards, splitting damage to all players when removed and creating a pool of Gazing Shadows whose size is based on the number of enemies that split the Empowered Mannoroth's Gaze.
- Empowered Felseeker – Mannoroth unleashes consecutive blasts in quick succession. The first inflicts 79 in a small radius of the area, then 89 in a medium radius, and finally 131 Fire damage within a large radius. The Empowered Felseeker inflicts additional damage to all enemies based on the distance from the point of impact.
- Wrath of Gul'dan – Wrath of Gul'dan causes Gripping Shadows on the nearest ally every 1 sec. Each player hit by Gripping Shadows reduces the stack of Wrath of Gul'dan.
- Gripping Shadows – Inflicts 1023 Shadow damage and increases damage taken by Gripping Shadows by 25% for 15 sec. This effect stacks.
