Judging by the "same model as" tab, I presume it has the standard fire elemental look.

Really strong pet when combining Conflagrate and Scorched Earth.

Only 3 pets have both of these abilities:

Spirit of Summer (Fire Festival Pet)
Searing Scorchling (Obtained from Zen'Vorka's Cache)
Fel Flame (Can be found in Shadowmoon Valley)

Very powerful against mechanical pets, like all elementals. However, the Conflagrate ability can remove the benefit of the mechanical's self rez. Make sure the mechanical is burning (from either Immolate or Scorched Earth). When the health is low enough to go for the kill (and it's still burning), hit Conflagrate. It will hit twice. The first shot should kill the mechanical, which will then rez itself, as mechanicals do. The cool part is that the scorchling will wait during the rez and then hit him with the second shot, killing him again. The mechanical doesn't get the chance to run another ability after the rez, as the scorchling doesn't consider the turn completed until dealing both hits.

Currently can only be obtained from Zen'Vorkas Cache which means:

If you haven't unlocked all the Molten Front dailies, you have about a month of dailies to unlock them all...
Once you've unlocked Zen'Vorkas Cache you will only be able to buy approximately 1/day (you get 31 Marks a day, Cache costs 30)
The chance to actually acquire one is miserably low. It may take months for a single one to drop

However there are some positives for the dedicated and/or enterprising player:

If you are guild leveling, 1/2 hour a day on three 90's will get you quite a bit of guild XP
These pets are cageable. Paired with their rarity (I mean, do you ever see them in the AH?) they can net you some coin if you are grinding the dailies for other reasons...

I think they either increased the drop rate or they made it 100% drop rate.
It took me almost 1 year of dailies to get the first pet wich I decided today to sell on the AH for almost 8k gold. I went and did the dailies, got the bag and the pet dropped again. Will do the dailies in the following days to confirm if the drop is 100% now.

This is one of those things that I discover, forget, and discover, over and over to the point of irritation: the pet journal just lists the 30 marks next to this pet's name as the requirements for getting it, implying that it's purchasable off a vendor directly if you do a day's worth of Molten Front dailies.

...It is not purchasable off a vendor directly. You still get to tango with the RNG, just like always.

I can provide a screenshot if need be, but this needs to be classified as an unobtainable pet. Zen'Vorka only sells Favors of the World Tree- he does not sell any pets.

I just got this first try from Zen'Vorka Cache. Are you guys sure they didnt change the drop rate? You can also get 40 marks/day if you do all the dailies provided. Don't try to correct me on this. If you realm hop at Sanctuary of Malorne, you can obtain the different dailies. Same goes for Malfurion's Breach. Have fun!
