Overview – Ikuzz entangles players in [Bloodthorn Roots] to immobilize his prey. At 100 energy, he fixates on a player with a [Bloodthirsty Gaze] and attempts to [Incise] them.
- Damage Dealers –
  [Bloodthorn Roots] immobilize players until the roots are destroyed.
  Players targeted by [Bloodthirsty Gaze] will be [Incised] if Ikuzz reaches their location.
- Healers –
  [Bloodthorn Roots] immobilize players until the roots are destroyed.
  [Thorncaller Roar] channels Nature damage on all players.
  Players take a high amount of damage when [Incised].
- Tank –
  [Bloodthorn Roots] immobilize players until the roots are destroyed.
  Players targeted by [Bloodthirsty Gaze] will be [Incised] if Ikuzz reaches their location.
Bloodthorn Roots – Roots entangle players, inflicting 6 Nature damage and rooting them in place until destroyed.
Bloodthirsty Gaze – Ikuzz fixates on a player, pursuing them for 10 sec. Upon reaching their target, Ikuzz will Incise them.
- Crushing Footfalls – While fixating on a target, Ikuzz's massive footfalls inflict 30441 Nature damage to players and crush any Bloodthorn Roots within 7 yards every 1 sec.
- Incise – Upon reaching its prey, Ikuzz chomps down on the player, causing them to bleed 20 Physical damage every 1 sec for 3 sec.
  - Crunched – The player is stunned for 5 sec after being chewed up and spit out.
Verdant Stomp – Ikuzz stomps, inflicting 76268 Physical damage to all players and knocking them back. After 4 sec, Bloodthorn Roots emerge at players' locations.
