As for the 3 others,you can get this from the daily fishing quest.The questgiver is at Sylmir lake near Shattrath City.

Like his three brothers, this pet has the awesome combination of Rip, Blood in the Water (which always hits if Rip is up) and Surge (which always goes first), making them your one-stop Elemental killing shop.

Croc stats:
Snarly - H/P
Chuck & Muckbreath - B/B
Toothy - P/S

Because of Surge, speed is mostly useless on these pets, making Snarly the best choice.

Occasionally, Muckbreath will belch loudly and exhale a cloud of green smoke, as part of an idle animation. Couldn't figure out where the sound effect was coming from at first!

quick guide to get this pet:

Note: during Burning Crusade Timewalking week, you can buy Bag of Fishing Treasures from Cupri in Shattrath for 150 badges.
otherwise:

1. take a 70+ char and go to Shattrath. you can use a portal located in the middle of new Dalaran (lower floor).
2. from Shatt head north-east to the lake, where you'll see Old Man Barlo (coords 38:12)
3. if you dont have fishing profession, train level 1 from him.
4. he will then offer you one daily (out of 5 possible dailies) - you need Crocolisks in the City.
5. accept the quest and go to Stormwind or Orgrimmar and start fishing till you get the quest item.
* this could take a while so be patient.. for some of my chars it took 2 or 3 drops, for others it took over 60 attempts.
* i went fishing near the fishing trainer of the city, but other places should do too.
6. when you have the quest item head back to Old Man Barlo and you will receive Bag of Fishing Treasures.
this bag has a 50% chance to contain Chuck's Bucket, Muckbreath's Bucket, Snarly's Bucket, or Toothy's Bucket.

other tips:
* when the right daily comes up, go get it with all the toons you want - you can then complete the quest in any day you have time to it.
* cant say for sure but it looks like higher fishing skill increases the chance to fish the quest item.
so if you started at level 1 train for next skill level when possible (at 50 fishing).
